Survival Observation And Influencing Factors Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of HR-negative Breast Cancer

OBJECTIVE:Taking survival time as the main research index,combined with breast cancer related literature research,analysis and comparison of the treatment of HR-negative breast cancer patients with improvement in survival and quality of life,discuss the prognostic factors related to HR-negative breast cancer,discuss and analyze The traditional Chinese medicine treatment method and medication experience of yin deficiency and blood stasis type HR negative breast cancer provide practical basis and certain guiding direction for the clinical application of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of HR negative breast cancer.METHODS:This study is a clinical retrospective study.Female patients with HR-negative breast cancer with clear pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemistry results were included in the outpatient clinic of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The basic information of the recorded cases was collected and the baseline level was analyzed and evaluated.The patient was treated by TCM dialectical treatment of breast cancer in our outpatient clinic,and can be treated with Western medicine(endocrine,targeted therapy,etc.).The day of treatment and the enrollment group,followed by a follow-up every 12 weeks,asked whether survival,tumor progression and quality of life,etc.,the study enrolled at least 2 times.Statistical data were used to calculate the median survival and median progression-free survival of patients with statistical software.The results were compared with the results of literature studies to analyze the survival of Chinese medicine after treatment.RESULTS:The follow-up was completed until January 31,2019.93 patients were enrolled.Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed on the whole group.The median survival time was 83.70 months and the median progression-free survival was 52.07 months.The median survival time of stage ?-? was 101.50 months,and the median survival time of stage III-IV was 59.87 months.Comparing the quality of life(QLQ-C30)and KPS filled in the first and third follow-up,we found that the physical,emotional,cognitive,and social functions of the patients were different after treatment in the outpatient clinic.The decline,but the overall health level and other projects can maintain a relatively stable state.Further analysis of factors affecting prognosis,the results obtained by Log-Rank test for single factor analysis suggest that whether surgery,pathological type,clinical stage,lung metastasis,bone metastasis,Chinese medicine treatment time have an impact on overall survival.On this basis,further Cox regression analysis found that there is no risk of prognosis in HR-negative breast cancer in the middle and late stage of clinical stage,and long-term cooperation with traditional Chinese medicine is a prognostic factor.Negative breast cancer risk of death.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines were firstly diagnosed in the study,and the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines and related compatibility were summarized.CONCLUSION:1.Chinese medicine treatment can improve the prognosis of HR-negative breast cancer,especially for patients with advanced disease,it is more likely to obtain greater and better results from traditional Chinese medicine treatment.2.Chinese medicine treatment can bring a higher living condition to patients and maintain the patient's health level in a stable state.However,it failed to improve physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,and social function.3.Whether there is surgery,clinical stage is a prognostic risk factor for HR-negative breast cancer.4.More than half a year of Chinese medicine treatment is a prognostic factor for HR-negative breast cancer.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine can be markedly effective after the accumulation of time and drug dose to a certain extent.5.Professor Cao Yang used yin and activating blood circulation and detoxification and dispersing as the basic treatment for the treatment of HR-negative breast cancer with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.He achieved good curative effect with Ziyin Jiedu Huoxue as the core prescription.
