Clinical Observation Of External Application Of Cactus On Abscess Around Appendix

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of external application of fresh O.dillenii Haw.on adjuvant treatment of periappendiceal abscess so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty patients with appendix abscess from May 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory therapy,while the the observation group was given additional external application of fresh O.dillenii Haw.on basis of the anti-inflammatory therapy.7 days was a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were observed.The effective rate,the normal temperature recovery time,the disappearance time of abdominal,the average disappearance of abdominal,and the WBC,NEUT%,CRP,mass size after treatment for one course of treatment,end of treatment(or discharge)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The normal temperature of the observation group was 63.53±18.89 hours,the disappearance time of abdominal pain was 6.68±1.70 days,the average disappearance of abdominal pain was 8.46±1.74 days,the recovery time of the control group was 82.62±25.41 hours,and the disappearance time of abdominal pain was 8.15±1.42 days,the disappearance time of abdominal pain was 9.98±1.64 days.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for one course,the two groups were compared with WBC and NEUT% was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,one course of treatment,The CRP in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)in the comparison between the two groups.There was significant difference between the two groups.The size of the masses in the two groups after one course of treatment and after treatment were smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the one course of treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of antibacterial therapy,external application of fresh O.dillenii Haw.in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with appendix around the appendix,promote the recovery of body temperature and reduce the inflammation indexes such as WBC,NEUT% and CRP,and avoid the the trauma caused by early surgery.And it is worth promoting.
