Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Liqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction After Thoracolumbar Fracture (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

ObjectivePatients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after thoracolumbar fracture(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were treated with Huoxueliqitang,and the therapeutic effect and safety indexes were observed.MethodsFrom May 2017 to October 2018,a total of 70 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by thoracolumbar fractures were selected from the Department of Bone Injury of Changde Hospital affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Changde No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.All fracture patients were treated with conservative treatment scheme.Patients in the experimental group were given oral Huoxueliqitang,while patients in the control group were given oral mosapride citrate tablets.Gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,bowel sounds,VAS scores at fracture site and the first exhaust time after taking the medicine were recorded before,1 day after taking the medicine,and3 days after taking the medicine,respectively.All data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results1.Compared with the first exhaust time of the two groups of patients after taking drugs,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the exhaust time of the experimental group is shorter than that of the control group.2.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the number of bowel sounds in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.3.The difference in gastrointestinal dysfunction scores between thetwo groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the gastrointestinal dysfunction scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.4.The VAS score ratio of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)1 day after taking the medicine and 3 days after taking the medicine,and the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.5.Both groups of patients had obvious adverse reactions.ConclusionThe treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction patients after thoracolumbar fracture with Huoxueliqitang has achieved good results.Compared with mosapride citrate tablets,Huoqihuoxuetang can quickly relieve the gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients in a short period of time,accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis of patients,promote defecation and exhaust of patients,and no obvious adverse events have occurred.
