Study On The Curative Effect Of Modified Xiaoyao Powder Combined With Reduced Glutathione In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis

Objective:Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)has become one of the most important liver diseases in contemporary society.At present,there is no specific drug available.This paper reviews the efficacy of Xiaoyaosan plus or minus combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of NASH,and provides a scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for NASH.Methods:Sixty eligible cases were collected from the Department of Liver Disease,First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Both groups were given reduced glutathione(1.2g)dissolved in 5% glucose solution intravenously,once a day combined with Xiaoyaosan orally,once a day,twice a day.There were 30 cases of weight loss in the observation group and 30 cases of no weight loss in the control group.Both groups were given diet and exercise guidance.Results:1.Evaluating the curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and that of the control group was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Evaluation of Western Medical Effectiveness Index:The total effective rate of the observation group was 80%,and that of the control group was 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Biochemical response:After treatment,the serum AST?ALT?TC and TG of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In the improvement of single symptoms of TCM,both groups improved after treatment(P<0.05).In the improvement of hypochondriac pain,fatigue,abdominal distension,dry mouth and bitter mouth,the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Xiaoyaosan combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis of liver depresion and spleen deficiency can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of serum aminotransferase,and is safe and effective.Among them,those with weight loss have better curative effect,and the level of blood lipid has decreased significantly.This indicates that the occurrence and development of NASH is related to obesity,fat deposition and other factors.Diet and exercise intervention is the clinical treatment of NASH is an important means.
