Objective:This paper focuses on the study and discussion of the clinical data of 52 patients with spontaneous ventricular hemorrhage in our hospital, and studies the occurrence and development of hydrocephalus in patients treated with external ventricular drainage, related treatment and prognosis.Method :A retrospective analysis was conducted on the complete clinical data of 52 patients with ventricular hemorrhage admitted to the central hospital affiliated to Dalian Medical university from September 2016 to September 2018.The case data and follow-up results of the included studies were summarized, compared and summarized, and the data were processed, statistically analyzed.Through a comprehensive and detailed analysis of all cases, the disease progress and treatment plan of patients with intraventricular hemorrhage, dependence on external ventricular shunt, and the treatment development of patients after hydrocephalus were discussed. Results :Among the 52 cases collected,16 patients were excluded from the final data analysis due to complications such as changes in their conditions, incomplete data and infection. In the final statistics of 36 patients,21 patients were diagnosed with acute hydrocephalus upon admission,36 patients were treated with external ventricular drainage within 12 hours after admission, and the average period of ventricular drainage before ventriculoperitoneal shunt was 15 days.Patients who underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt were classified as shunt dependent group, while those who did not undergo ventriculoperitoneal shunt were classified as no shunt dependent group.Among 28 patients without shunt rely on group,19 patients in the hospital after three months of follow-up got m RS "three points about 67%.Shunt rely on the group of eight patients,6 patients in the hospital after 3 months of follow-up had less than 3 points accounted for about 75%,the results of two groups of patients with no statistical differences in the functional recovery of postoperative follow-up.The difference in age,sex ratio,GCS score at admission, years of diabetes, years of hypertension, blood glucose level and white blood cell number between the two groups without shunt dependence and shunt dependence was greater than 0.005,indicating no statistical significance. The ratio of IVH score, abnormal daudate index, lateral ventricular hemorrhage, fourth ventricular hemorrhage, and the ratio of lateral ventricular hemorrhage to three or four ventricular hemorrhage in the shunt dependent group were significantly different from those in the non-shunt dependent group. Conclusion : Intraventricular external drainage is an effective method for treatment of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage, for the vast majority of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage can get very good clinical effect, but because of the particularity of bleeding, spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage after intraventricular external drainage treatment still has some inevitable for patients with permanent bypass surgery.IVH score, daudate index and ventricular blood loss of patients are of great significance in predicting the prognosis and shunt dependence of patients.
