| Objective:The appearance of urine plays an important role in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.With the re-emergence of traditional Chinese medicine in the medical field,the investigation of urine is also very important.Traditional Chinese medicine relies only on the naked eye to perform simple analysis of urine,and the reference value represented by clinical diagnosis and treatment is limited.The physical properties of urine(color,turbidity,foam,sediment,floating matter,odor)have important reference significance in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional means have limited understanding of physical properties and classification.If modern means can be used,the analysis of urine by artificial naked eyes and other methods is bound to have important significance for Chinese medicine and medical development.In this paper,the color and turbidity in the appearance of urine specimens were detected by automatic analysis of instrumental methods.The urine color and turbidity in the appearance of urine specimens were detected by artificial naked eye follow up the difference in the impact of medical drugs on urine changes,and can be based on the urine to the type of drugs taken by patients,etc.It can provide a reference for the study of the relationship between drugs and urine,thus for Chinese medicine Diagnosis and treatment provide important auxiliary test indicators for the diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of diseases,this diagnosis and treatment provide an objective basis.Methods:Firstly,the relationship between physical properties of urine and Chinese medicine was analyzed.Then,the automatic detection of urine and the color and turbidity of urine were evaluated by Mindray AU-5800 automatic urine analysis instrument.In the process,the standard operating procedures(SOP)were strictly followed.Secondly,healthy volunteers with normal liver and kidney function were used to study the changes of color and turbidity in the appearance of urine samples before and after taking Chinese traditional medicine Sanhuang tablets.Repeated tests were conducted to investigate the reliability of urine changes.Finally,the urine changes of the Chinese traditional medicine Sanhuang tablets were statistically analyzed to obtain the effect of the Chinese traditional medicine Sanhuang tablets on urine.Results:Through the appearance test of urine liquid specimens,it was found that the automated analysis and testing of instrumental methods did have the advantage of faster detection and more objective judgment in color judgment.However,in the judgment of turbidity,it is necessary to add artificial review for clinical and patient.Provide a more accurate inspection report.The instrument method automatically analyzes the appearance of urine,and can objectively distinguish between different levels and reduce human differences.According to the analysis of the experimental results,after the three volunteers took Sanhuang tablets,one of them did not participate in the experimental study on the last day.The morning urine color of the person who participated in the experiment,except for the urine on the first day,Daily morning urine turbidity results were clear,which may be related to slight changes in the volunteer’s diet and drinking water.Conclusion:The disease can change the appearance of urine.Observing the appearance can assist in the diagnosis of Chinese medicine,and further understand the nature of the disease,especially for the diagnosis of Chinese medicine.The results of this study show that the automatic analysis of the appearance of urine by automatic urine dry chemical analysis instrument can objectively distinguish different grades and reduce the difference of supervisors in artificial eyes,which can provide more objective and accurate diagnosis for clinical Chinese medicine urine
