| Objective:As the research intended to use the functional constipation annimal models as the carrier,To explore the effect of different single acupoint and compatible acupoints on functional constipation by the motilin,gastrin,colonic electromyography in vivo and first black stool,stool,s number and stool,s weight that can intuitively reflect the status of the intestinal transmission function,To Further explore the cooperation and antagonism of different acupoints compatibility.Methods: Adult healthy rabbits,weight: 2.5 ~ 3.5kg,half male and half female,were randomly divided into blank control group and constipation group.We made functional constipation model by giving 15 days,compound diphenoxylate suspension gavage with the dose of 7.5mg/kg·d in constipation group,The successful models were randomly divided into 8 groups: group of model,group of Da changshu,group of Tian shu,group of Qu chi,group of Shang juxu,group of Qu chi and Shang juxu,group of Da changshu and Tian shu,group of Shang juxu,Da changshu and Tian shu.Control group received 0.9% saline with the dose of 7.5 mg/kg·d to intragastric administration.After the FC model finshed,control group and model group just fixed without acupuncture,the other groups were treated with electroacupuncture for one week.After acupuncture treatment,fasting and no water for 24 hours,intestinal transmission function of rabbits were observed;then third rabbits blood samples of motilin and gastrin,and pentobarbital anesthesia under test in rabbit colonic electromyography.The results were compared.Results:1.The results of intestinal transmission function: The first black stool,stool,s number and stool,s weight: Compared with the control group,the time of the first black stool was significantly prolonged in the model group(P<0.01),stool,s number of 24 hours significantly reduced(P<0.01),stool,s weight of 24 hours decreased significantly(P<0.01);After electroacupuncture treatment,Compared with the model group,the time of the first black stool was significantly shortened in the other group(P<0.01),stool,s numbe and stool,s weight of 24 hours were significantly increased(P<0.01),Compared between the acupuncture groups,the group of Qu chi and Shang juxu was shorter than the group of Qu chi in the time of the first black stool(P<0.05),the group of Qu chi and Shang juxu was more than the other single acupoint groupsin the stool,s numbe of 24 hours(P<0.05),the group of Qu chi and Shang juxu was more thanthe group of Qu chi and the group of Shang juxu in the stool,s weight of 24 hours(P<0.05),There was no difference between the other groups,which showed the synergistic effect of the combination of acupuncture and acupoint.2.Colonic myoelectric slow wave:(1)Slow frequency group:(1)Frequency and frequency variation coefficient: Compared with the control group,the frequency of slow wave of colonic myoelectric activity was significantly decreased in the model slow wave group(P<0.01),the coefficient of variation was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the frequency of slow wave in the slow wave group was significantly higher(P<0.01),The coefficient of frequency variation was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the slow frequency group,the frequency of slow wave in the slow frequency group of each single point was lower than that of the combination of acupuncture and acupoint(P<0.01),Slow frequency Shu Mu group and Yu Manpin group raised the colonic electromyography slow wave frequency is lower than that at lower confluent point of slow frequency group,but the difference was not statistically significant,but there was no difference in the frequency of acupuncture group slow slow wave frequency variation coefficient.(2)Amplitude and amplitude variation coefficient: Compared with the blank control group,the amplitude of slow wave of colonic myoelectric was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),Amplitude variation coefficient increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the slow wave amplitude of each acupuncture group was significantly higher(P < 0.01),and the amplitude variation coefficient was decreased(P < 0.05).The acupuncture group: only the slow frequency point point slow frequency slow wave amplitude and group colonic electromyography Shu Mu slow frequency group and combination group have raised Manpin Yu difference(P < 0.05),the amplitude of the slow frequency coefficient of variation of each acupuncture group have no difference.(2)Fast frequency group:(1)Frequency and frequency variation coefficient: compared with the blank control group,the frequency and frequency variation coefficient of the slow wave of the colonic myoelectric activity in the fast frequency group were significantly higher(P < 0.01).Compared with the model fast frequency group,the frequency and frequency variation coefficient of slow wave were significantly decreased in each group(P < 0.01).The fast frequency acupuncture group,acupuncture group and acupuncture under fast frequency point fast frequency group,lower confluent point of fast frequency group,Mu point fast frequency group and combination group compared Kuaipin Yu Mu,amplitude and amplitude variation coefficient were decreased(P < 0.05),no difference between the other groups.(2)Amplitude variation coefficient: Compared with the blank control group,the amplitude coefficient of slow wave amplitude of colonic myoelectric activity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01);Compared with the model fast frequency group,the coefficient of variation of slow wave amplitude of colonic slow wave in the fast acupuncture group decreased(P < 0.05);Compared with the acupuncture fast frequency group,the combination of acupuncture and acupoint fast frequency group and the fast frequency group and the fast frequency group were different,the amplitude variation coefficient was reduced(P < 0.05),there was no difference between the other groups.3.Mitilin: Compared with the blank control group,the plasma motilin level in the model group was significantly lower(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the plasma motilin content of each acupuncture group increased(P < 0.05);The acupuncture group,acupuncture group and acupuncture lower confluent acupoint group and lower confluent acupoint groups had difference(P < 0.05),showed a synergistic effect of acupoints under acupoints;there was no significant difference between Shu Mu point group and group and the single Yu He Mu points group(P > 0.05),did not show a synergistic effect,no antagonism.4.Gastrin: Compared with the control group,the content of serum gastrin in rabbits model group decreased significantly(P < 0.01);Electroacupuncture intervention after treatment,compared with model group rabbits,the acupuncture group the serum gastrin levels were significantly increased(P < 0.01);the acupuncture group,acupuncture group and Xiahe point Yu Mu point group and acupuncture group and acupoints groups had difference(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the other groups showed a synergistic effect of acupoints,acupoints compatibility under.CONCLUSION:1.The acupuncture points and the compatibility of acupuncture points can improve the functional constipation of the rabbit intestinal motility function,relieve the symptoms of functional constipation.2.The acupuncture point under the E.acupoints compatibility acupoints "Quchi" and "Shangjuxu",can produce a synergistic effect of acupoints compatibility,compatibility and raised Yu Shu Mu compatibility in the treatment of functional constipation without obvious synergistic effect,but also no antagonism.3.Acupuncture at each single point and the compatibility of acupoints can improve the colonic myoelectric abnormalities,two-way regulation of abnormal slow wave. |
