At present,the research on service innovation behavior of medical staffs has been highly concerned.In the context of taking human resources as the main competitiveness,only by possessing more medical staffs with service innovation behaviors do hospitals have a further development.However,currently,the service innovation behavior of medical staffs in China is in severe shortage,especially the medical staffs in public hospitals.It is easier for them to provoke doctor-patient disputes during services,which makes patient dissatisfied.Public hospital is a knowledge-intensive and labor-intensive organization.Most of public hospitals make efforts to stimulate medical staffs' service innovation behavior through skill training,Internet+traditional ways,while they pay less attention to the influence of medical staffs' core self-evaluation on service innovation behavior.The relationship between core self-evaluation and individual behavior as well as the attitudinal variable in an organization is also a core problem that has been studied by foreign and domestic scholars in recent years.In addition,scholars further explore the correlation between core self-evaluation and individual behavior.In view of this,based on related theory review and literature research,the medical staffs in A public hospital are taken as the research object in the paper.The influence of core self-evaluation on medical staffs' service innovation is explored with literature view and questionnaire survey.At the same time,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,mediation utility verification and other statistical methods are adopted to analyze core self-evaluation,job embeddedness,organization support and service innovation.The research results show that there is a positive correlation between core self-evaluation and service innovation behavior.The Bootstrap verified by mediation utility proves the mediating effect of job embeddedness and organization innovation.Public hospitals should pay more attention to the influence of core self-evaluation on medical staffs' service innovation behavior and emphasize medical staffs' core self-evaluation.Through improving medial staffs' core self-evaluation,it is hoped to promote medical staffs' job embeddedness,enhance their organization support and stimulate their service innovation behavior to further promote the development of public hospitals.
