The medical consumption level of residents depends largely on the level of wealth and health, and the impact of education on Residents' medical consumption can not be ignored. The differentiation of educational quality determines the different social circles and cognitive levels, resulting in a very big gap between the way of thinking and the way of life. The development path of students in key schools is very different from those in ordinary schools. The students in ordinary schools need to pay higher costs to realize class leapfrogging. The level of education directly determines the wealth class and health level, especially the higher education plays an important role in the health and wealth of the residents. In addition, there are obvious differences between eastern, central and western regions in China. The distribution of educational resources is significantly uneven. The acceptance rates of higher education in different regions are different. Therefore,we need to comprehensively analyze the residents' medical consumption from the sample's higher education acceptance and regional background. The study adopted the Chinese family tracking survey data(CFPS)in 2014 to divide the residents' samples into three large samples in the East, middle and west regions according to the region. On this basis, according to the higher education acceptance of the residents in different regions, the differences of medical expenditure in the East, middle and Western countries under the influence of higher education were analyzed.By using the stepwise logistic regression method, this paper systematically analyzes the specific factors affecting the differences in regional medical expenditure from the five major variables of two dimensions of macro environment and micro individual endowment.By using the propensity score matching method, the difference of medical expenditure of different residents under the influence of higher education is analyzed, and then targeted policy recommendations are put forward. It is found that there are significant differences in the medical consumption of residents in the East, middle and western regions. The main manifestation is that the residents' medical consumption in East, middle and western regions shows a staircase decline, while the medical treatment point, education level, health status, income, and regional conditions can effectively reduce the population in the East, the middle and the West.Regional differences in the medical consumption of the people. This provides an empirical basis for building a harmonious regional medical environment and narrowing regional differences in medical expenditure, and providing theoretical basis for medical institutions and policy makers.
