Objective:To investigate the changes of TCM syndromes before and after surgical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, and to provide the necessary theoretical and clinical evidence for the in-depth treatment of non-small cell lung cancer perioperative treatment and combination of disease and syndrome. Methods:This study takes a prospective clinical study,Collection of relevant data from 42 patients who underwent radical lung cancer surgery in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to February 2018.Preoperative and/or postoperative pathological examination of all patients was clearly non-small cell lung cancer.Preoperative evaluation,TNM staging between phases I-IIIa,with clear surgical pointers.Record the general conditions of the patients included in the study, hospital admission day,1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery,3 days after surgery, clinical symptoms, signs, tongue images, etc.Summarize TCM syndromes at each observation time point, comprehensive data and statistical analysis. Results:The results obtained in clinical studies find,Non-small cell lung cancer patients with phlegm, sputum, and deficiency are the most important TCM syndromes during the perioperative period. There was no significant change in preoperative TCM syndromes, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(?2=1.712,P=0.974,P>0.05).Differences in TCM syndromes between day 1 and day 1 after surgery were statistically significant(?2=16.451,P=0.021,P<0.05).The effect of surgical trauma on the patient is mainly reflected in the increase in sputum volume and incision pain after surgery. The syndrome is dominated by sputum fever syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and qi deficiency syndrome, but the "evidence" after the operation is more obvious. There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome between preoperative and postoperative day 3,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(?2=3.587,P=0.732,P>0.05).There was no fundamental change in the type of TCM during the first 3 days after surgery. The TCM syndrome of most patients disappeared or was not obvious before discharge, and it was impossible to judge the syndrome. There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome between preoperative and postoperative day 3,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(?2=18.732,P=0.005,P<0.01).Surgical treatment can affect the clinical symptoms of patients, and change the distribution of TCM syndromes. The post-surgical comparison of TCM syndromes showed a significant change, and the difference was statistically significant(?2=51.114,P=0.000,P<0.01).Main and previous physical health, surgical choice of trauma, short smoking history,or preoperative smoking cessation contribute to postoperative recovery.Non-small cell lung cancer patients in the perioperative period of different observation time TCM syndrome type composition is roughly the same, but the composition ratio is different. After the ?2 test, there was a significant change in the perioperative TCM syndromes in patients with NSCLC,and the difference was statistically significant(?2=72.001,P=0.000,P<0.01).In the perioperative period,in the distribution of syndromes, preoperative evidence is predominant.Because of the trauma and physical exertion of surgery, the simple empirical evidence is obviously reduced.Patients often show evidence of actual inclusion. With the postoperative recovery of patients, the evidence of false inclusions showed a decreasing trend, and there were no obvious syndromes before discharge.Compared with the “virtual and real” syndromes at each observation time during the perioperative period, there were significant changes, with significant statistical significance(?2=108.878,P=0.000,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Sputum,sputum,and deficiency are the most basic types of TCM syndromes in non-small cell lung cancer during the perioperative period.Surgical effects on the distribution of TCM types in patients with non-small cell lung cancer during perioperative period.2.The syndrome distribution of non-small cell lung cancer patients was predominantly empirical before surgery.Postoperative patients were more likely to have false inclusion syndromes. With the recovery of postoperative patients, some patients' syndromes disappeared or were not obvious.
