Research On The Pathogenesis Of 19 Knowledge Representations In "Huangdi Neijing"

Huangdi Neijing is one of the earliest existing medical classics in China.It has laid the foundation of knowledge of human physiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment,prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.It is the root of the theories of "Yin and Yang five elements","Meridian Theory","Tibetan Image Theory","Pathogeny and pathomechanisms","treatment" and "Health Preservation".The term "pathomechanisms" was first put forward in <suwen-zhizhenyaodalun>,which is the key point of TCM disease prevention and treatment-"Syndrome differentiation and treatment".In this article,36 common diseases are divided into 7 diseases,and 5 diseases,etiology.The causality between etiology,disease location,disease nature and disease is discussed in 19 articles,which is called "19 pathogeny" by later generations.With the development of digital,information and intelligent theory and technology,the field of TCM has become one of the most important fields in the research and application of new technologies.At present,the research on 19 pathomechanisms is mainly carried out from three aspects: literature,theory and clinic.The development of informationization and intelligent research is the demand of the healthy development of human being,and it is also the requirement of realization of intelligent robot of family TCM,intelligent clinical differentiation and treatment,intelligent assistant diagnosis system and intelligent traditional Chinese medicine.The premise of realizing artificial intelligence in a certain field is to represent the domain knowledge,to construct a reasonable knowledge base and to select the appropriate knowledge representation method is the first problem to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to explore knowledge representations of19 pathomechanisms in Huangdi Classic.Firstly,with the Cite Space information visualization technology of Mapping Knowledge Domain,this paper analyzes,1974 to 2018,the core authors,institutions,research hotspots,the research frontiers and research trends of "19 pathomechanisms" from CNKI.The results show that the research focuses on literature,theoryand clinical research,and the trend of research towards digitization,information and intelligence is gradual,but the research on knowledge representation is relatively insufficient.Secondly,this paper discusses the existing Chinese medicine intelligent system and knowledge representation method,and analyzes the relationship complexity and knowledge imperfection of 19 pathomechanisms,and thinks that the representation of its knowledge can use the Dynamic Uncertain Causality Graph(DUCG)theory model.The theoretical model is intuitive and can represent and reason incompletely,uncertain knowledge.Through combing,supplementing and dealing with related knowledge terms of19 pathomechanisms,DUCG knowledge bases of 19 pathomechanisms are constructed and displayed graphically.The recognition rate of DUCG was about 60% by inputting the corresponding symptoms of Fei Jing Feng Re Zheng and Gan Yu Qi Zhi Zheng.Finally,the paper summarizes the work of this paper,discusses the improvement in the construction of knowledge base,and looks forward to the future work.
