Objective:Using clinical trials to observe the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)in the treatment of internet gaming disorder(IGD),and explore the clinical application of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy in IGD and provide a new evidence and ideas for the intervention of IGD so as to provide a safe and effective intervention that is easily accepted by addicts. This will provide scientific evidence and empirical support for the future exploration of multi-mode synergies in this field. Methods:According to the “Internet Gaming Disorder ”diagnostic criteria from DSM-5,90 cases of online game addicts(32 patients and 58 volunteers)who were diagnosed were randomly divided into cognitive behavioral therapy combined with transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation group(experimental group),TEAS Group and CBT group(n = 30).The total score and factor scores of Revised Chen Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS-R),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Self-Report Symptom Inventory Symptom Check-List90(SCL-90)and Barratt Impulsivity Scale(BIS-11)was used to observe the efficacy.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the baseline scores of each group(P> 0.05).After the treatment, the total scores of CIAS-R,VAS,SCL-90 and BIS-11 in each group were significantly lower than those before treatment(p <0.05);after treatment, the total scores of CIAS-R and SCL-90 in the experimental group were significantly lower in other groups, there was statistical significance(p <0.05).2.CIAS-R score indicated that after the treatment was completed, the improvement of tolerance symptoms and time management in the experimental group was superior to the other two groups. There was no significant difference between the TEAS group and the CBT group(p > 0.05).3.SCL-90 score indicated that the total score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups during the follow-up period(p <0.05),and the factor scores of interpersonal, depression, anxiety and hostility in the TEAS group were higher than those in the other two groups(p < 0.05).4.BIS-11 score indicated that there was no significant difference between the groups after treatment period(p > 0.05).The total score and motor factor in the experimental group were lower than those in the other two groups at the follow-up period(p < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The three methods in this study were both effective for IGD intervention and CBT combined with TEAS was more effective than the single intervention.2.CBT combined with TEAS can significantly improve IGD patients' Internet addiction, withdrawal symptoms, mental health and other related clinical symptoms, and to a certain extent, can reduce their impulsive behavior and help addicts recover in social, psychological and physiological aspects.3.CBT and TEAS had no significant statistical difference in the improvement of the core symptoms of IGD,but TEAS had less effect on anxiety, depression, hostility and interpersonal relationship of addicts than CBT and comprehensive treatment,on the other hand, the Sustained efficacy of TEAS is unstable.4.Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)combined with transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)can effectively interfere with the multifaceted symptoms of online game addicts, which can be used as one of the options for future clinical intervention.
