Study On The Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature And Syndrome Factors Of Glaucoma (five Wind Cataract)

Objective: To study and summarize the characteristics of TCM syndrome in glaucoma,and to provide reference for the standardization and objectification of the clinical syndrome differentiation of glaucoma.Methods:1.To research and glaucoma(five cataract)related to ancient Chinese medicine,from early glaucoma,glaucoma,cataract,cataract and yellow wind reshahar dark glaucome five types to analyze ancient books on various types of symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and prognosis,and makes a summary record.2.From Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP database were collected in recent 20 years about glaucoma(five cataract)TCM literature materials,extraction and decomposition of the syndrome elements,establish database,analysis of the distribution of syndrome elements by using statistical methods of frequency,clustering,study the rules,according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine results a comprehensive analysis of the statistics.Results:1.Study on ancient books of glaucoma(five cataract): The early glaucoma: the time of the beginning of a micro,blurred vision,dizziness and headache,for hepatobiliary essence deficiency Qi deficiency,sputum and pathogen for Toufeng disease,use of pingganxifeng Ziyinmingmu,the antelope horn powder prescription treatment etc..Glaucoma: a head eye pain,vision sag is the main cause of liver disease;lung heat Yongzhi,liver and lung were fatigue,severe illness,disease treatment,emergency;pingganxifeng qingremingmu,xifengtongluo Ziyinmingmu,etc.;some prescription pills,antelope horn,antelope horn and so on.Huang Feng in cataract: deficiency of Qi and blood,to pupil yellow,the pupil becomes large,dark color turbidity,treatment times used Qingrejiedu,pearl powder,pepper pingganxifengbenimaru.Black cataract: a head eye pain and other symptoms;the etiology and pathogenesis of liver and kidney,the heat treatment,etc.,with pingganxifeng qingremingmu,tonifying kidney and nourishing yin method,a representative prescription Antelopis Yinzi,Bushen pill etc..The wind: the symptoms of cataract pupil look dim Ze haze,blurred vision;etiology and pathogenesis is known as wind phlegm,gallbladder kidney essence and blood loss;treatment liver Qingre Qufeng dehumidification and nourishing Yin fluid,Liver eyesight;prescription used mainly Cassia pill,liver soup etc..2.Analysis of literature data: 1418 related literatures were retrieved,and 28 articles were finally identified according to the principle of screening.2324 cases were obtained from the total number of cases,40 of which were classified according to different standards,8 with disease status,14 with disease syndrome.The main syndromes of patients with glaucoma: liver qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,liver kidney yin deficiency,liver yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,hepatobiliary hyperactivity,qi depression,liver and kidney deficiency,liver inflammation,liver and stomach qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency.The disease location syndrome:liver,kidney,bile,stomach,spleen,heart,meridian,lung.Syndrome of disease: Qi stagnation,heat,yin deficiency,phlegm,damp,yang hyperactivity,Yang deficiency,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,wind,movement wind,drink,Qi reverse.Cluster analysis showed that liver,heat and qi stagnation were all in one category.Wet and sputum accumulation was one group.Kidney and yin deficiency were clustered together.Blood deficiency,wind,spleen,stomach,yang hyperactivity,blood stasis,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and gallbladder were classified into one group.Correlation analysis support results: all the correlation results of the syndrome were qi stagnation-> liver 29.27%,followed by Yin deficiency-> liver 20.50%,heat-> liver 18.42%,kidney-> liver 15.90%,heat-> qi stagnation 12.53%,kidney->Yin deficiency 11.34%;all the syndrome factors were associated with kidney Yin deficiency-liver 11.07%,and disease position syndrome elements Results the ratio of kidney to liver 21.46% was 12.53%.Conclusion:1.About glaucoma(five cataract)the ancient literature,divided into Qingfeng,green,yellow,and black wind wind wind wind Ukraine and other five categories,are related to the symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and other aspects;Qingfeng,green and yellow wind wind cataract is different the disease process.The TCM syndrome differentiation of glaucoma(five cataract)has been developing,but the results are different,and there is no unified standard.2.Liver qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,liver kidney yin deficiency,liver yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,hepatobiliary hyperactivity,qi depression,liver and kidney deficiency,liver inflammation,liver and stomach qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency syndrome is the main type of glaucoma patients.3.Liver is the key symptom factor of glaucoma.Qi stagnation is the key disease factor of glaucoma.The characteristics of glaucoma(five wind cataract)are deficiency and excess,and real is the main factor.
