| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Qingshi Decoction Combined with mosapride in treating type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients with deficiency of the spleen and stomach.Method:66 cases of diabetic gastroparesis accompanied by TCM syndrome type of spleen and stomach weakness,were randomly divided into control group 33 cases and observation of 33 cases.patients in control group took mosapride citrate tablets on the basis of the treatment,5 mg/time,3 times/day,at 30 min before meal,patients in observation group were additionally treated with Jianpi Qingshi Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment,1 dose/day,3 times/day,2 hours after a meal.The treatment course of both groups lasted for 4weeks.The symptom scores,fasting plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,Plasma motilin and gastrin levels were measured,and the rate of gastric emptying was calculated before and after treatment.Results:1.Total efficiency comparison:the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.94%,higher than that of the control group(78.79%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores:the scores of all the clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the improvement of early satiety,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting(P>0.05).(P>0.05),but in improving the quality of life such as improving appetite,relieveing dry mouth is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.A comparison of gastric emptying rate:compared with those before treatment,the gastric emptying rate of the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the gastric emptying rate of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastrointestinal hormone levels:compared with before treatment,two groups of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased after treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment of gastrin and motilin levels were decreased,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.there was no obvious adverse reaction in the whole treatment process,and it was safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Qingshi Decoction Combined with mosapride in treating type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients with deficiency of the spleen and stomach can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,having good clinical curative effect.2.Jianpi Qingshi Decoction Combined with mosapride can improve the gastric emptying rate of the type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients with deficiency of the spleen,regulate gastrointestinal hormones,promote gastric motility,and no influence on blood sugar.3 Jianpi Qingshi Decoction Combined with 'mosapride in the treatment of spleen deficiency type 2 diabetic gastroparesis is safe,well tolerated,it is worthy of further study. |
