Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy, changes in blood glucose, gastric emptying, and gastrin-17 before and after treatment of Qizhuxiangsha Decoction combined with Moxapride in patients with DGP,objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qizhuxiang The mechanism of Shatang treatment of DGP provides clinical ideas for Chinese medicine treatment of DGP.Method:A total of 57 DGP patients who met the research criteria were collected during the study, and were randomly divided into 29 treatment groups and 28 control groups. The patients in the treatment group received Qizhu Xiangsha Decoction combined with mosapride and the control group received mosapride 8 weeks of treatment.Blood glucose, gastric emptying, gastrin,TCM syndrome scores, and safety indicators were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of efficacy and symptoms of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.1%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 67.9%(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the main symptoms in the treatment group and the control group(full premature satiety, lack of appetite, nausea and vomiting)were significantly different from those before treatment, and decreased significantly, indicating that the two groups were effective in treating these symptoms;Nausea and vomiting, the treatment group was significantly different than before treatment(P<0.01),and significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving fullness and early satiety and nausea and vomiting. After treatment, the treatment group was effective against belching, acid fatigue, fatigue, and constipation in the stool(P<0.01),while the control group was only more effective than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the symptom groups, indicating that there was no significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups.(2)Blood glucose comparison:After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before the treatment, and were significantly decreased, and the glycated hemoglobin condition of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).(3)Gastric emptying comparison:After treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and it increased significantly, indicating that both groups were effective for gastric emptying treatment;after treatment, gastric emptying significantly increased in the treatment group, and there was a significant difference from the control group(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of G-17 levels:After treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and it decreased significantly, indicating that both groups can reduce G-17 levels;after treatment,G-17 significantly decreased, and the difference was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qizhuxiangsha Decoction combined with Mosapride in the treatment of DGP is significantly better than that of Mosapride alone The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DGP patients, regulate blood sugar levels, reduce G-17 over-secretion,and promote gastric excretion Free time and reliable safety are worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth research.
