Analysis Of The Current Status Of Anxiety And Depression Of Women In The Third Trimester Of Pregnancy After Different Delivery Methods And The Influencing Factors

Objectives To understand the incidence of anxiety and depression in women with advanced pregnancy after different delivery modes.To explore the differences in the factors affecting the anxiety and depression of women with second pregnancy after different delivery modes.Methods This study is descriptive.There are 504 cases of women with second pregnancy,252 cases of cesarean section,natural birth again in late pregnancy pregnant women after 252 cases as the research object,were randomly enrolled fromJanuary 2017 to August 2017,which from three hospitals in Changsha.The questionnaire included self-made general information questionnaire,SAS?anxiety self-rating scale?,SDS?depression self-rating scale?.All data were processed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.The incidence of anxiety and depression in women with subsequent pregnancy was compared by chi-square test.The differences in anxiety and depression scores of women with different characteristics were compared by t test or single factor variance analysis.Multivariate linear analysis was used to explore the main factors affecting the anxiety and depression of women in late subsequent pregnancy after different delivery methods.Results1.The SAS/SDS score of women with second pregnancy after cesarean section was?44.06±8.43?and?43.59±8.17?.;The SAS/SDS scoreof women with second pregnancy aftervaginal delivery was?41.43±5.84?and?39.18±6.63?.The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.according to the results of single factor analysis of the different living environment,the relationship,abortion times,second child sex look forward to all of the late pregnancy women SAS scores again,statistically significant difference?P<0.05?.In addition,the degree of education,family income,old woman daughter-in-law relation,abnormal times,time interval between the first pregnancy,pregnancy knowledge courses again after cesarean delivery times,the pregnancy childbirth way again choose cesarean section again in late pregnancy women SAS scores compare difference is statistically significant.3.Single factor analysis of depression,according to the results of different age,living environment,the relationship,abortion times,conception,and whether the worry out of shape after cesarean section again in late pregnancy women depression score comparison,statistically significant difference?P<0.05?.Comparison of depression scores in women with different living environment,relationship,number of abortions,and conception mode after vaginal delivery was statistically significant?P<0.05?.4.Multivariate analysis shows that:After cesarean section,late pre gnant women's anxiety scores.Y=54.721+0.131X₇?Abortion times?-0.267X₁₀?Whether the first pregnancy is uterogestation?-0.099 X₈?Fertilizati on way?+0.136 X₁₁?Abnormal frequency during the first pregnancy.?+0.339 X₄?Residential environment?-0.129 X₁₄?Interval time?.This six variab les together explained 46.2%of the total variation.After cesarean secti on,late pregnant women's depression scores.Y=51.488-0.172X₅?Conjugal relation?-0.149X₈?Fertilization way?+0.308 X₄?Residential environment?-0.123 X₁?Age?+0.137X₇?Abortion times?,This five variables together e xplained 25%of variation.After vaginal delivery,late pregnant women's anxiety scores.Y=45.641+0.187X₄?Residential environment?-0.204 X₅?Conjugal relation?+0.208X₇?Abortion times?-0.272X₁₃?Expectations for a second child gender?.This four variables and the variation of 25.8%.After vaginal delivery,late pregnant women's depression scores.=34.936+0.195X₄?Residential environment?-0.148X₅?Conjugal relation?+0.223X₇?Abortion times?.This three variables together explained 15.9%of var iation.Conclusions:1.Anxiety and depression are common in women with subsequent pregnancy after different delivery modes.After cesarean section,late pregnant women's anxiety and depression,higher than that of vaginal delivery in late pregnancy pregnant women.2.The main influencing factors of women's anxiety after cesarean section were the first pregnancy after the first term pregnancy.However,the main influencing factors of women's anxiety after vaginal delivery were the relationship between couples.3.The main influencing factors of women's depression after cesarean section were the living environment.The main influencing factors of women depression after vaginal delivery were the number of abortions.
