Objective To explore the effect of daily kidney diet on postmenopausal women(kidney yang deficiency)related symptoms and serum markers.To study the effect of self-made Bushenyaoshanfang on bone mineral density,bone metabolism markers and bone morphology in the rat model of ovariectomized osteoporosis for providing experimental basis of prevention and treatment of PMOP in Chinese medicine diet nursing.Methods Clinical research selected postmenopausal women(kidney yang deficiency)as the object,divided into 2 groups,within 4 weeks of taking kidney yang deficiency of daily kidney diet frequency of 6 times for 1group,?6 times for 1 group,observe each group of female Diabetes,ALP,serum calcium levels and TCM syndrome scores.It is an animal experimental study.60 SD rats of 4 to 5-month-old were included.They were random Ly divided into normal group,sham group,model group,high-dose diet group,low-dose diet group and gushukang group(positive drug group).Expect the normal group,other groups of rats were modeled by removing the bilateral ovaries of the rats.The sham group only was removed abdominal adipose tissue,not ovaries.From the 15 th day after model establishment,each group was continuously dosed according to body weight for 12 weeks.Changes in body weight and activity were observed every week.After 12 weeks of sacrifice,measured bone mineral density(BMD).Elisa was used to detect BALP?CTX-I and PINP levels,histopathological observation of the right femur bone morphology.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Those who met the normal distribution were analyzed using single-factor analysis of variance and multiple comparisons.Mean±standard deviation(X ±S)was used.Those who did not meet normal distribution were tested by rank sum test.The significance level was a=0.05.All P values indicated bilateral probabilities.The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results1.The effect of taking ? 6 times of group E2 was better,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in serum ALP and serum calcium levels between the two groups(P>0.05),It was not statistically significant.There were differences in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the symptoms of lumbar spine weakness and aversion to cold and limb cold(P<0.05).2.Compared with the sham group(0.215±0.010 g/cm2),BMD in the model group decreased(0.171±0.009 g/cm2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the high-dose group(0.179±0.006 g/ml),low-dose group(0.182±0.016 g/cm2)and gushukang group(0.187±0.013g/cm2),the BMD of the left femur increased compared with the model group,but increased in varying degrees,but the high-dose group,the low-dose group and the model group were no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the Gushukang group and the model group(P<0.05).3.The serum BALP concentration in the low-dose group(2.555±0.147ng/m L)and the Gushukang group(2.568±0.079 ng/m L)were lower than the model group(3.033±0.265 ng/m L),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The improvement of serum BALP concentration in low-dose group and Gushukang group was higher(2.759±0.092 ng/m L),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The serum PINP concentrations in the high-dose group(55.95±12.64 ng/m L),low-dose group(55.52±6.20ng/m L)and the Gushukang group(63.04±6.50 ng/m L)were significantly higher than those in the model group(32.67±5.19ng/m L),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),serum PINP concentrations in the Gushukang group were higher than those in the high-dose group and the low-dose group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effect was comparable;The serum CTX-I concentration in the high-dose group(20.57±0.89 ng/m L),the low-dose group(19.93±1.01ng/m L)and the Gushukang group(20.06±2.37ng/m L)was significantly lower than that in the model group(25.73±2.19ng/m L),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),serum CTX-I concentration in low-dose group was lower than high-dose group and Gushukang group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Under the 4×objective lens,the pathological improvement of osteoporosis in the high-dose group,low-dose group,and Gushukang group was better than the model group;The cortical thickness in the high-dose group(221.82±12.65?m),low-dose group(236.58±19.61?m),and bone-shukang group(232.28±24.77?m)was significantly higher than that of the model group(163.64±10.38?m),and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in cortical bone thickness between high-dose group,low-dose group,and Gushikang group(P>0.05).The effect was comparable;low-dose group(8.70±1.16),The number of trabecular bone in Gushukang group was(10.00±1.33)more than that in model group(7.12±1.13),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of trabecular bone in Gushokang group was more than that in low dose group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average interval width of trabecular bone in the low-dose group(74.37±8.63 ?m)and the Gushukang group(67.63±5.06 ?m)was significantly smaller than that in the model group(87.65±14.6 ?m).Significantly statistically significant(P<0.01),the average interval width of trabecular bone in the Gushukang group was lower than that in the low-dose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Kidney-fed diet can increase the estradiol level in postmenopausal women,improve the symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,and relieve the symptoms of lumbar spine soreness and aversion to cold extremities.Self-made Bushenyaoshanfang can affect bone mineral density in PMOP rat models,improve bone metabolic markers BALP,PINP,CTX-I levels and bone histomorphology,increase bone mass,promote bone formation,and reduce osteoporosis pathological changes.The effect of low-dose of Self-made Bushen Yaoshanfang on ovariectomized rat model is higher than the high-dose.
