Clinical Observation Of Taohong Siwu Liquid In Treating Swelling After Pedicled Skin Flap Transplantation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu oral liquid combined with basic therapy in the treatment of flap swelling after pedicle skin flap transplantation,and analyze its clinical therapeutic effect,so as to provide basis for clinical application of Taohong Siwu oral liquid.Methods:40 cases of patients with skin flap transplantation,were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 patients in the treatment group were treated with Taohong Siwu oral liquid and basic treatment;20 patients in control group received basic treatment,after2 weeks of treatment,observe two methods for improving flap swelling in clinical cases.Result:Were statistically significant in treatment group and control group integral treatment group compared before and after the VAS score and TCM syndrome(P<0.05);treatment group compared with control group,VAS score and symptom scores were statistically significant(P< 0.05);treatment group compared with the control group,was statistically significant symptoms of swelling,the degree of pain(P<0.05);the treatment group and control group,swelling time and pain relief time were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Taohong Siwu oral liquid therapy on reducing pedicle flap graft flap swelling has obvious curative effect.2.Taohong Siwu oral liquid has not found obvious adverse reactions in clinical application.It can be used as a safe,reliable and effective oral mixture of traditional Chinese medicine.It has good application value in reducing skin flap swelling after pedicle skin flap transplantation.
