Professor Yu Bin's Research On The Characteristics Of Differentiation And Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia And The Rule Of Medication

Purpose:To summarize the tutor's understanding and treatment characteristics of functional dyspepsia(FD)etiology and pathogenesis of FD,as well as the medication rule.Materials and Methods:1.Study the classical medical records and related literatures recommended by the tutor,understand the academic thought of the tutor,and summarizes the pathogenesis of FD.2.We summarize the dialectical characteristics of the tutor's treatment of FD and the common prescriptions of various syndromes by collect tutor's clinical diagnosis and treatment of FD patients and study relevant classic works.3.It is concluded that high frequency drug classification Statistics,tastes,belongs to the drug and efficacy,which used by EXCEL table's frequency analysis methods.And the use of the IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software modeling using Apriori model obtained on high frequency,the IBM SPSS Statistics22.0 analysis correlation strong medicine for clustering and core group,analysis the tutor cure disease medication regularly.Results: were collected 373 cases and 435 prescriptions.Most of TCM syndrome differentiations are liver-stomach disharmony and Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach.Commonly used Chinese medicine 53 flavor,the use frequency is equal to 0.5 of the single taste drug 14 flavor,total medicine 6256 frequency.It involves 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which is mainly used for the qi medicine,tonic,heat,dampness-transforming,digestant drug.The drug's nature is characterized by warm,cold and plain.The drug's channel tropism is mainly classified as spleen,stomach and liver meridian.The high frequency and strongly correlated drug were 6pairs,such as xiangfu and chuanlianzi,chaihu and chuanlianzi,and so on.and Core cluster group 6.Conclusion:The treatment of FD by tutor is combined with disease and dialectics.The treatment is to disperse stagnated liver qi for regulate stomach and invigorate spleen and replenish qi is the basic principle.Chaihu Shugan Pow,Simo decoction,chaishao liujunzi decoction are used for centril prescription.
