| Objective:To observe the overall efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,KPS scores,and safety indicators of qi stagnation and blood stasis type cancer incomplete intestinal obstruction by observing Tongfu Sanjie Fang to evaluate its efficacy and safety.So as to provide a new idea and method for treating cancer intestinal obstruction with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Forty patients with syndrome of incomplete cancer with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The control group used symptomatic supportive therapy such as fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,correcting water-electrolyte acid-base balance,prevention of infection,and nutritional support.The treatment group was treated with Tongfu Sanjie umbilical compress on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the overall efficacy,improvement of TCM syndrome scores,improvement of KPS scores,safety indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:Comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80.0%better than that of the control group(60.0%);the scores of the TCM syndromes of the two groups after the treatment were both lower than before,and the treatment group was superior In the control group(P<0.05),the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than before and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of adverse skin reactions in the treatment group and no special treatment was given during the study.Clinical research progressed smoothly.Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat chronic qi stagnation and intestinal obstruction with Tongfu Sanjie umbilical cancer incompetence,and it can significantly improve patients' symptoms and signs and improve their quality of life. |
