Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Insomnia With Internal Obstruction Syndrome Of Phlegm And Dampness After Lung Adenocarcinoma Operation With Modified Banxia Lingmi Decoctio

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Pinellia and Broomcorn Millet Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary adenocarcinoma after surgical treatment,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random parallel control:30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Exclude patients who have not been examined and treated in the course of the observation:3 cases were eliminated in the treatment group and 4 cases were eliminated in the control group.The number of effective cases was 27 in the treatment group and 26 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction for Pinellia and Broomcorn Millet Decoction.The control group was given estazolam tablets.3 weeks is the 1 course of treatment.The PSQI score,TCM syndrome score,KPS score and drug adverse reaction were observed and analyzed in two groups before and after 3 weeks of treatment.Result:(1)Comparison of two groups of sleep effects:After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PSQI in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the PSQI scores in the 2 components of hypnotic drugs and daytime functions in the control group were not decreased compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the two components,the PSQI scores of the treatment group in reducing hypnotic drugs and daytime functions were significantly higher than those in the control group,the PSQI score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,the total effective rate of the control group was 92.31%,and the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).It indicates that the two groups have similar short-term effects on improving sleep,and the treatment group is more obvious in reducing the total score of PSQI.In the improvement of hypnotic drugs and daytime function,the treatment group is more obvious than the control group,and the control group improves sleep time more obviously than the treatment group.(2)Comparison of the curative effect of two groups of TCM Syndromes:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the two groups can improve the symptoms of insomnia,but the treatment group improved heavy in the head and body,chest and diaphragm fullness,epigastric fullness,cough and expectoration,fatigue,appetite,diarrhea symptoms on the boring efficiency is better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.19%,the total effective rate of the control group was 38.46%,and the efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the treatment group is better than the control group in the overall efficacy of TCM syndrome,and the two groups can improve insomnia symptoms,but the treatment group has obvious effect in improving other symptoms such as head body distress,chest and diaphragm stuffiness and other symptoms.(3)Comparison of two groups of KPS scores:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.19%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 69.23%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had an advantage in improving the KPS score.(4)Adverse reactions were compared:There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the clinical observation.Conclusion:Pinellia and Broomcorn Millet Decoction and estazolam is the same for improving the curative effect after lung cancer of phlegm dampness syndrome in patients with insomnia sleep,but the decrease in the PSQI score of patients and reduce the use of hypnotic drugs,enhance daytime function and improve the TCM syndrome curative effect integral,improve the TCM symptoms,improve KPS score,better effect of Pinellia and Broomcorn Millet Decoction.It shows that Pinellia and Broomcorn Millet Decoction has a certain curative effect on the syndrome of phlegm dampness after the operation of lung adenocarcinoma.It is worthy of clinical application.
