Clinical Observation Of Shengsiwu Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ophthalmomuscular Myasthenia Gravis Due To Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Purpose:Using different treatment methods to observe patients with Qi and Blood deficiency ocular muscle myasthenia gravis,the treatment group used Sheng Siwu Decoction combine acupuncture,and the control group simply used Sheng Siwu Decoction,comparing the two TCM syndrome scores and Western medicine absolute The relative scores and efficacy are dedicated to finding a treatment plan with less side effects and better long-term efficacy.Method: In this study,60 patients with clinically consistent ocular and myasthenia ocular myasthenia gravis were included in the inclusion criteria and randomized into treatment groups(Sheng Si Wu Decoction combine acupuncture)and control group(Addition and subtraction of pure to oral Sheng Si Wu Tang Fang)to compare the possible influencing factors between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,including gender and age,as well as the clinical symptom scores of Chinese medicine and absolute relative scores of Western medicine,if both The influencing factors between the two groups were not significant,and the comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups of patients,absolute relative scores of western medicine,and curative effect can be performed.The course of treatment is one course of two weeks and one course of treatment.There are four courses of treatment(Observation Three patients were detached during the procedure.)TCM syndrome scores and absolute relative clinical scores were recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group of Sheng Si Wu Tang addition and subtraction acupuncture was 93% in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,while the total effective rate of the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms was 83% in the control group of pure Sheng Si wui Tang Decoction.For comparison,P<0.05,indicating that in the improvement of TCM symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is better than the pure oral Siwutang plus minus group,the difference was statistically significant.2 The treatment group of Sheng Si Wu Decoction combine acupuncture and acup treatment has an efficiency of 86% in improving the absolute relative score of western medicine,and the control group of pure Yu Sang Tang Wu Jia Fang has improved the absolute relative score of western medicine.The total effective rate was 66%,indicating that in improving the relative absolute score of western medicine,the effect of Shengsiwu decoction plus acupuncture treatment group was better than the control group of pure Shengwutang decoction.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The treatment group of Sheng Si Wu Decoction plus acupuncture combined with acupuncture has a better effect than the control group of pure Si Wu Tang alone,and the treatment group of Sheng Si Wu Decoction plus acupuncture combined with acupuncture has better effect.2..Sheng Si Wu Tang plus acupuncture combined with acupuncture can effectively improve eyelid drooping,strabismus,diplopia,and other types of symptoms that are Qi and Blood deficiency type,such as pale or whitish,low voice and lazy words.3.Sheng Siwu Decoction Plus Acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of some patients with ocular myasthenia gravis.These clinical symptoms include decreased upper abdominal muscle strength,upper eyelid fatigue,and eye movement disorders.
