| Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Aifukang Capsule in decreasing adverse reaction of HAART on HIV/AIDS of Heat-toxic stayinside syndrome patients,in order to improve the compliance and Success rate of antiviral therapy.Methods:Randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical approach was applied in this study. 50 case of HIV/AIDS patients were randomly assigned to the treatment and placebo groups in 1?1 ratio . The course of treatment lasted for 24 weeks,has recording the occurrence of the adverse events and medication compliance,analyzing the data of viral load and immune indices(CD4+ T cell)before and after the treatment.Results:1.Adverse reaction:From overall adverse reactions rate of view,the treatment group(18.13%)is lower than the control group(20.63%);From the single side effects adverse reactions rate of view,Ai Fukang capsules can significantly reduce the occurrence of fatigue(P=0.036)and hepatotoxicity(P=0.041);From the symptom score point of view,it can effectively relieve the severity of the rash(P=0.046).2.Medication compliance:The treatment group(94.40%)was superior to the control group(87.01%)P=0.00,and the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).3.Immune indices(CD4+T cell): after the treatment,the immune index of the treatment group and the control group both decreased,but treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.01).4.Viral load: after the treatment,the viral load of the treatment group and control group decreased significantly(P > 0.05).The comparison between the two groups has not statistical significance.Conclusion:Aifukang Capsule can reduce the rate of adverse reactions on HIV/AIDS of Heat-toxic stayinside syndrome patients and reduce the severity of adverse reactions,to improving the compliance and Success rate of antiviral therapy;Ai Fu Kang capsules can help antiviral drugs increase patient's immune ability and clinical application safety. |
