Research purposes:To establish the rat model with syndrome of high uric acid hematic disease,and through the TCM intervention,to observe the gout rats blood uric acid concentration on the 2nd party,as well as the activity of serum and tissue blood vessels in the peptide(VIP),gastric dynamic element(MTL),the content of gastric secrete element(GAS),and carry on the comparison and analysis of western medicine,in order to evaluate gout 2 party of high uric acid hematic disease control effect and intervention effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction.Research methods:Experimental research methods: randomly divided into blank group,model group,allopurinol group,gout 2 group.Blank group: normal feeding,same amount of normal saline irrigation.Model group: preparation of high uric acid humid heat model.Gout no.2 group: the rats were given gout no.2 in rats until the 14 th day.The allopurinol group was administered to the rats with allopurinol(1mg/100g)until the 14 th day.The blood uric acid concentration in rats was detected by biochemical instrument detection,and the blood vessel activity peptides,motilin and gastrin were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay.The pathological changes of the stomach were observed by HE staining.Research results:(1)the blood uric acid(HUA)compared with the blank group,model group rats blood uric acid concentration increased significantly,there was a significant statistical difference(P < 0.01),indicating that made mould successful high uric acid hematic disease model in rats.2 party group compared with model group,gout can significantly reduce the high uric acid hematic disease rat blood uric acid concentration(P < 0.01),don't Piao alcohol group also can significantly reduce the high uric acid hematic disease rat blood uric acid concentration(P < 0.01).However,the effect of reducing serum uric acid in allopurinol group was significantly lower than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.01).(2)tissue pathological observation: the results showed that the gastric mucosa of model group compared with blank group integrity is destroyed,its function can lead to damage to digestive ability is reduced,a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration can cause stomach disorder.Compared with the model group,the gastric mucosa structure was more clear,continuous and complete,but there was still a small amount of congestion.There was no significant difference in gastric morphology between the western medicine group and the model group.(3)indexes of the gastric motilin(GAS): compared with the blank group,the serum of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01),indicating the success of the damp-heat syndrome model in rats.Compared with the model group,gout 2 group could significantly reduce the serum GAS(P<0.01),while the GAS in the gastric antrum and duodenum was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in GAS compared with the model group in allopurinol group.(4)gastrin(MTL)index: the content of MTL in serum,gastric antrum,and duodenum showed an increasing trend.Compared with the blank group,the MTL of duodenum in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01),indicating the success of the damp-heat syndrome model in rats.Compared with the model group,gout no.2 group could significantly reduce serum,MTL(P<0.01)of the gastric sinus,while MTL in the duodenum was not significantly different from the model group.There was no significant difference in MTL of allopurinol group compared with the model group.(5)indexes of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP): compared with the blank group,the serum VIP of the model group was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the vips of gout 2 were significantly increased(P<0.01),while the VIP in the duodenum of each group showed no significant change.There was no significant difference between the VIP group of allopurinol group and the model group.Conclusion:1.Gout 2 and Allopurinol were significantly better than allopurinol in the prevention and control of hyperuricemia.2.Gout no.2 has the effect of improving the gastrointestinal function disorder of hyperuricemia.3.The mechanism of gout 2 improving gastrointestinal dysfunction may reduce the VIP level of gastrointestinal tract,improve GAS,and reduce MTL correlation.
