Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Huang's Comprehensive Therapy On 43 Cases Of Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huang's comprehensive therapy in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and to recommend the comprehensive therapy of Huang's with good curative effect to the doctors in the Department of orthopedics,and to provide some ideas for the further study of the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods: the clinical data of 43 patients(77 hips)with avascular necrosis of the femoral head(77 hips)in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Sport University from September 2015 ~2018 to February were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results: the total score of total score of 77 hips in 43 cases was 63.2 points,the average score of the total score after June was 64.2,the average score of the total score of December was 66.1,the average score of the total score of 18 months was 67.8,the good rate of I period was 100%,the good rate of II period was 90.3%,and the good rate of III period was 45.2%.The score was statistically significant after the treatment and the first visit.Significance(P<0.05);77 cases of hip,average VAS score before treatment,average VAS score of 2.5 points after June,1.6 points for the average VAS score after December,and 0.8 points for all hip VAS scores for 18 months after treatment,and statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment and first visit,77 cases of hip and average activity before treatment.The score was 22.3 points,the average activity score was 23.9 points after June,the average activity score after December was 26.6,the 18 month activity score was 28.8.After treatment,the score of the first visit was statistically significant(P<0.05)43 cases,the average distance of first walking distance was 10.2 points,and the average distance of walking distance after June was obtained.The average score of walking distance was 12.4 points after December,and the average score of walking distance was 13 points after 18 months of treatment.After treatment,the average score of walking distance was 13.After treatment,the score of the first visit was statistically significant(P<0.05);43 cases,the average score of first limping was 6.9,the average score of limping after June was 7.9,and the average of limping after December was obtained.After 10.1 months of treatment,the average rate of claudication was 11.9 points after 18 months treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the initial treatment group(P<0.05).The duration of treatment is 1-2 years,with an average annual cost of 5000-7000 yuan per patient.Conclusion: Huang's comprehensive therapy is effective in the treatment of Ficat I,II,and III for avascular necrosis of the femoral head.It can obviously improve the degree of hip activity,relieve pain,improve the limping and walking distance,delay the collapse of the femoral head or change the time of the hip;it is effective for I and II and is more effective than the patients with III period;Huang's synthesis is more effective.The treatment is safe and convenient,with obvious curative effect,low cost,high acceptance of patients,and significantly improving the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
