Comparative Analysis Of Four Flavonoids And Saponins In Licorice

Objective:To study variation of active components alignment(ACA liquidity-isoliquiritin-liquiritigenin-glycyrrhizin acid)of the four flavonoids and saponinsin in Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae with different compatibility of traditional chinese medicine for active components alignment(ACA)with it provide a scientific basis for quality evaluation methods and standards.Methods:With Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae tonifying spleen yiqi,clearing away heat and toxic materials,expelling phlegm to arrest coughing,stoping pain and detoxifing functions,classical medicine pairs and medicine compound are used as the research material and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and compatibility of traditional chinese medicine,the compound traditional clinical medication dosage of form water decoction is used as preparation of samples,and the ACA(liquidity-isoliquiritin-liquiritigenin-glycyrrhizin acid)of it is determined by HPLC,and the varivation of ACA of test samples are processed with mathematical statistics methods(SPSS 16.0).Results:Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae with different compatibility of traditional chinese medicine have different ACA of significant difference(**P<0.01).The content of the ACA of Tonifying spleen yiqi function is 2.99±0.03:0.32±0.03:0.81±0.04:10.05±0.31 mg/g,and the ratio is 10.21?10.41:1:2.66?2.93:33.59?35.72.The content of ACA clearing away heat and toxic materials function is 0.82±0.19:0.09±0.01:0.33±0.02:2.83±0.82 mg/g,and the ratio is 6.3?10.1:1:3.1?3.5:20.1?36.5.The content of ACA of expelling phlegm to arrest coughing function is 1±0.01:0.09±0.01:0.4±0.01:8.84±0.22 mg/g,and the ratio is 12.38?12.63:1:4.88?5.13:107.75?113.25.The content of CAC of stopping pain function is 0.65±0.02:0.13±0.02:0.31±0.02:3.23±0.09 mg/g,and the ratio is 4.47?5.73:1:2.20?2.64:22.13?28.55.The content of ACA of detoxifing function it is 4.63±0.06:0.52±0.01:1.78±0.06:15.10±0.38 mg/g,and the ratio is 7.83?14.33:1:2.47?4.28:24.92?39.33.Conclusions:Different compatibility of the ACA of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and the compatibility of each sample sample have an extremely significant difference,thus each has different efficacy.Preparation quality standards containing Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae should be formulated according to its ACA and it cannot be treated as the same.The ACA and its efficacy has correspondence.The ACA(liquidity-isoliquiritin-liquiritigenin-glycyrrhizin acid)of it,combination of tonifying spleen yiqi is 10.21?10.41:1:2.66?2.93:33.59?35.72.;combination of clearing away heat and toxic materials is 6.30?10.10:1:3.1?3.50:20.10?36.50;combination of expelling phlegm to arrest coughing is 12.38?12.63:1:4.88?5.13:107.75?113.25;combination of stopping pain is 4.47?5.73:1:2.20?2.64:22.13?28.55;combination of detoxifing is is 7.83?14.33:1:2.47?4.28:24.92?39.33.
