Experimental Study Of Penyankunhe Decoction On Serum IL-2, IL-6 And Hemorheology In Rats With Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective Penqiangkunhe Decoction(PQKHD)is one experiential recipe develpoed by Director Zhang Pingqing,which has significant effect on the sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases..Aim of the study is to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of PQKHD to treat rat models with sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases,which will reflect on interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and hemorheology.Methods Rats models with sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases were established by injecting phenol paste into the two corners of uterus.90 rats were diveded into two groups.78 rats were made models by injecting phenol paste,while,the other 12 rats by injected nothing.Three rats were sacrificed randomly from the 78 rats in the fourteenth day after operation,the uterus were isolated from the rats to observe whether the models were successful or not.The rest of model rats were divided into six groups,which named as(A),(B),(C),(D),(E),(F)group.(A)group that made moddels by injecting nothing is normal matched control.(B)group is model matched control.(C)group treated with the capsule of Fuyanxiao.(D)group treated with the low concentration of PQKHD.(E)group treated with moddle concentration of PQKHD.(F)group treated with high concentration of PQKHD,while the 10 normal rats treated with the same amount of normal saline.All rats were put ro death in the 15th day after given treatment.The tissue in uterus and blood was collected in order to analyze therapeutic effect of penqiangkunhe decoction on interleukin-2,interleukin-6 and hemorheology.The effect in tissue in uterus was analyzed by the way of HE coloration,the interleukin-2,interleukin-6 were analyzed by the immunohistochemical methods,the hemodynamic indexes were by fully automatic blood viscosity meter.Results 1.The experimented big rats created by the phenol glue method basically matched with the clinical pathologic manifestation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.2.The content of serum IL-2of Penyankunhe decoction group is obviously higher than that of the model group(P<0.01).3.The content of serum IL-6 of Penyankunhe decoction group is obviously lower than that of the model group(P<0.01).4.The content of serum hemorheology of Penyankunhe decoction group is obviously lower than that of the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Rats models with sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases were successfully established by injecting phenol paste into the uterus.2.Penqiangkunhe Decoction(PQKHD)is one experiential recipe which has significant effect on the sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases.
