Objective:The expression level of miRNA-29a detection in patients with colorectal cancer tissues, and to analyze its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics in order to determine the clinical significance and to explore its mechanism. Methods:In our hospital from patients with colorectal cancer after surgery specimens and paracancerous tissues of 80 cases.Total RNA was extracted by Trial method, the spectrophotometer determination of the concentration of RNA and OD value of samples. Then reverse transcription cDNA by reverse transcription kit, relative expression of last sample miRNA-29a was determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative method.Using U6 as an internal standard. Finally, the results with SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis softwareResults:In 80 patients,69 cases of miRNA-29a expression was downregulated(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.80 cases of patients with low differentiation adenocarcinoma 39 example, that a moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma25.16 cases of high differentiation adenocarcinoma.TNM stage I patients3.? patients22..? patients32.Stage IV patients23.Low differentiated adenocarcinoma group have 36 patients was significantly reduced(P<0.05),moderately differentiated group 21 cases(P<0.05),high differentiation group 22 cases(P<0.05).21 cases of down regulated expression of tissue type ?.? patients 21,and tissue type ?,IV patients 48 No statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Also the high age group and the low age group showed no significant difference. Conclusion:The gene expression of miRNA-29a in the tissues of colorectal cancer patients significantly reduced, and such decrease was correlated with the degree of cancer differentiation but not with the pathological stage. Our results provide further insights into the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
