| Objective: To investigate the expression level of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)H19 in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues by RT-qPCR(reverse transcription quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR),analyzing the relationship and clinical significance of the difference of H19’s expression. Methods: Collect forty five cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and forty five cases of adjacent normal tissues(normal control)removaled by general surgery surgical. The specimens were put into refrigerator at-80℃ after in separation. All of the patients had not been accepted chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other therapy before operation.Obtain total RNA and detect the expression of H19 in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues by reverse transcription quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR).Results:1 The relative expression level of H19 in tumor tissues 0.00447(0.00148,0.06653)was significant higher than adjacent normal tissues 0.00245(0.00048,0.01467),the result had statistical difference(P<0.05).2 The relative expression level of H19 had no statistical difference in different age groups(P=0.547).3 The relative expression level of H19 had no statistical difference in different genders(P=0.237).4 The relative expression level of H19 had no statistical difference in the depth of invasions(P=0.245).5 The relative expression level of H19 had no statistical difference in weather lymph node metastasis or not(P=0.165).Conclusions:1 The relative expression level of H19 in tumor tissues is significant higher than adjacent normal tissues, the result have statistical difference.2 There are no statistical difference of LncRNA H19’s expression in colorectal Carcinoma between different age, gender, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. |
