Comparative Analysis And Research On The Development Of Facility Culture Of Scallop Scallops In China And Japan

In China,the harvesting of wild shellfish has a long history,and the related artificial breeding techniques are becoming more and more mature.The shellfish industry has gradually become an important part of the whole aquaculture industry.The culture species of shellfish in China have been increasing in recent years as well as the output.After nearly 20 years of cultivation and development,Patinopecten yessoensis has become one of the most important commercial species in the intensive farming industry in Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea.The output value reached billions of dollars in the past 10 years.Due to the rapid development,deteriorating water quality has caused massive financial losses to farmers and has become one of the major factors that bottleneck the output and breakage of the production process.The comparative method was used in this paper.Taking the overall characteristics of the development in China and Japan as the breakthrough point,the similarities and differences between the two countries were compared and analyzed in the development of the scallop facility aquaculture industry.The countermeasures and suggestions were suggested in terms of sustainable development of scallops in China.The results showed that(1)By comparing the six natural conditions of China and Japan in the aspects of ocean current,salinity,water temperature,ice clearing,precipitation and tidal difference,it can be known that Japan is better than China in the aspect of the natural environment suitable for the facility cultivation of Patinopecten yessoensis,,(2)some progress has been made in equipment and technology research,culture facilities,industrial seed production and suitable ecological environment regulation,there are also corresponding deficiencies.But there were also some shortcomings,especially in terms of equipment development and technology innovation,(3)Compared with Japan,although the production of Patinopecten yessoensis facilities in China has increased year by year,the overall planning is relatively backward and the basic research progress is slow,and the service system of "production-studying-research" has not been fully established,(4)in addition,it also has problems such as institution defect,management inefficiency and imperfect legal systems.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions and opinions,from macro-management and detailed technologies,(1)Rational planning,the formulation of the long-term development plans for Patinopecten yessoensis culture facilities,and the establishment of a top-down supervision and management systems,(2)increase the investment of policy funds,establish the service system of "production-studying-research",and promote the development of innovative technology and the upgrading of facilities and equipment in Patinopecten yessoensis farming facilities,(3)Strengthen the monitoring,prevention and early warning of the ecological environment of scallop culture system,and achieve the stability and balance of the “shellfish-environment-facility system”,(4)For the scallop facility aquaculture production process,it is necessary to standardize the process flow,optimize the facilities and equipment,and improve the adaptation strategies of ecological conditions and extreme environments.
