Study On Ecological Environment Adaptability Of Patinopecten Yessoensis Settled Population In The North Yellow Sea

In this study,we sampled from five stocks of China(the bottom sowing cultured stock of Changdao,Haiyangdao and Zhangzidao,the natural stock of Lvshun and the artificial selected stock of Zhangzihong),and also one nature stock of Japan.The stable isotope technique was used to analysis the differences in the physiological state,living environment and feeding habits between the Chinese stocks and the Japanese origin stocks of P.yessoensis,and also to determine the population structure,infer the interrelationship between different stocks.The results were as follows: The δ13C values of the adductor muscle of all stocks was in the range of-22.26 ‰ -19.87 ‰,average of 20.47‰,and for the visceral mass were 25.96 ‰ 17.86 ‰,average of24.13‰.The δ15N values of the adductor muscle of all stocks was in the range of 5.19 ‰ 9.99 ‰,average of 8.52 ‰,and for the visceral mass were 6.15 ‰ 7.87 ‰,average of 7.26‰.The single factor variance analysis was carried out based on the δ13C values and δ15N value,under the significance level of 0.05,there were significant difference of the δ13C and δ15N values between all sampling points.The ANOVA analysis shows that,the main factor which lead to the difference of the stability of isotope ratios between different stocks was that the difference of the geographical position,and the main effect of geographical factors is significant(P<0.05).The scatter plot of carbon and nitrogen stability isotope of all stocks were build,there were clearly distinguish between Chinese and Japanese stocks based on geographic location.For eight Chinese stocks,the Carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of Changdao stock were significantly lower than the rest of the stocks;and the isotope ratio of Zhangzidao stocks,Haiyangdao stock,“Zhangzihong” stock and Lvshun nature stock did not showed obvious difference to each other.In conclusion,there were significant difference of the stable isotope ratio between Chinese and Japanese stocks,and the Chinese stocks have showed a grouping phenomenon due to the difference of the growth area and hydrological environment.It shows that faced with different kinds of ecological environment,the P.yessoensis had produced varying degrees of adaptive changes.We referred to the investigation and literature information of hydrological environment,physical and chemical factors and biological resources about north yellow sea of the 1960 s,1980s and 1990 s,and in recent years.We analyzed the interannual changes of the ecological environment and biological resources about the north yellow sea area,and taking the situation that the large-scale were cultured in this area into account.We found that there was no significantchanges of hydrological environment of the north yellow sea,and the biomass of phytoplankton decreased in the sea area,but the number of zooplankton in the volatility.
