OBJECTIVE:This study studied the germplasm resources of Bletilla and the quality standards of Bletilla seed seedlings,selected excellent germplasm for seed production of Bletilla,established Bletilla seed seedling production technical regulations and Bletilla seeds.Seedling quality standard technical system.It is the original source of medicinalBletilla,regulates the seed seedling production of Bletilla,and provides experimental basis and technical support for Bletilla's standardized planting.METHOD:?1?Bletilla's germplasm evaluation16 Bletilla germplasm resources were collected,and the genetic diversity was detected at the molecular level by SRAP molecular marker method.Thepolysaccharides of Bletilla,the gelatin and mineral elements of Bletilla were determined,and the HPLC fingerprint of Bletilla germplasm resources wasconstructed.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods were used to study the germplasm resources of Bletilla.?2?Bletilla's seed quality standard studyThe seed production process,such as seed formation,seed maturity,seed harvesting time,and seed storage methods,as well as capsule
