Research On The Occurrence Status And Control Countermeasures Of Main Forest Diseases And Insect Pests In Jinghai District, Tianjin

The management and prevention of forestry harmful organisms is a very important link in the construction of forestry.Effective monitoring and prevention and control of forest pests depend on whether the management department can formulate and adhere to effective management policies in the long term,and establish a scientific and systematic prevention and control system for harmful organisms.For forest pest,especially paroxysmal forest pest outbreaks,countermeasures to set up monitoring,forecasting,quarantine and prevention,to achieve the nineteen report "speeding up the construction of ecological civilization,build a beautiful China",is of great significance for the effective protection of forest resources for the development of a safety and effective support national ecological civilization construction and economic construction etc.This paper,through summarizing the recent years in Jinghai District,Tianjin city forestry pest monitoring and prevention and control experience,and through the absorption of the sum of domestic relevant provinces forestry harmful biological control and management countermeasure,improve the management of government departments and the Forestry Department of biological prevention and Control Countermeasures of harmful forestry in Jinghai region.At the same time,based on the analysis of six kinds of main pest status and prevention measures in Jinghai District of Tianjin city forestry research,in the District of Jinghai forestry pest prevention and management for the mechanism and Countermeasures of prevention and control system and the establishment of the three aspects,and put forward the following suggestions and conclusions,In order to provide an effective solution to the monitoring and control of forestry pest in Jinghai District of Tianjin:1,Collecting data and information of six key forestry pests in Jinghai District,including the occurrence time,occurrence area,occurrence characteristics and control status of all kinds of pests,and establish prevention and control measures and control methods for each pest as soon as possible.2.Improve the management mechanism of government departments and forestry sectors,and effectively establish a prevention and control management system including policies,management,publicity,technology,innovation,promotion and supervision.3,Biological prevention and control system of harmful to construct a scientific system of forestry,from all kinds of specific pest control,including detection and prediction,from creating and quarantine supervision,focus on prevention and control of forest,afforestation integrated prevention and control system.
