The planting plots of mung bean are mostly barren areas,stress and nutrient deficiency occur frequently in seedling stage.At the same time,due to the particularity of seed size and surface wax,it is difficult to directly substitute soybean seed coating agent in production.For this purpose,the study is based on the previous experiments,plant growth regulators,nutrient elements,leaching solution of Chinese herbal medicine and promoter were effectively set up,mung bean seed coating agent was formed.Then using "Lv Feng 2" as the mung bean test variety,the effects of morphogenesis,photosynthetic characteristics,osmoregulation substance and protective enzyme activity of mung bean seeding were studied by pot experiment.The main research results are as follows:1.The concentration of active components of mung bean seed coating agent with Z3 treatment was determined.The main ingredients included uniconazole 100.00 mg/L,rooting agent 50.00 mg/L,urea 8.00 g/L,monopotassium phosphate 8.00 g/L,boric acid 0.50 g/L,zinc sulfate 0.40 g/L,magnesium sulfate 0.40 g/L,sodium molybdate 0.15 g/L,chitosan 4.00 g/L,Medicinal herb preparation 100.00 g/L,as well as additives hydroxyethyl cellulose 30.00 g/L and glycol 2.00%.2.The plant height of mung bean seedlings could be decreased with different concentrations of mung bean seed coating agent,and the higher the concentration,the stronger the effect.The stem diameter,the root length and the number of lateral root of the Z3 treatment were very significantly higher than those of blank control 29.61 %,40.62 % and 153.16%.Although the dry underground weight of Z3 treatment was lower than Z4,it was still higher than other treatments of 5.56%-58.33%.3.There is a significant difference in chlorophyll content between mung bean seed coating agent treatment and the blank control.Mung bean seed coating agent treatment in net photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than the blank control 30.35%.The soluble sugar content of each treatment was generally expressed as mung bean seed coating agent>conventional seed coating agent>microbial seed coating agent.On the whole,the effect of mung bean seed coating agent on the increase of soluble protein content was more significant.Mung bean seed coating agent and microbial seed coating agent in free proline content both had good promoting effects.The three seed coating agents all had the effects of improving the activity of protective enzymes in the whole seedling stage of mung bean,but mung bean seed coating agent worked best.4.In disease index term of root rot,the treatment of mung bean seed coating agent and conventional seed coating agent was lower than those of other treatments and control.At the same time,in five treatments of mung bean seed coating agent,the treatment Z3 with the greatest control effect was higher than all treatments and control except CK1,and did not reach the significant difference level with CK1.In the aspect of insect protection effect,different kinds of seed coating agent treatments can reduce the number of notches and wormholes in mung bean leaves,and reduce the rate of suffering injury.Among them,the number of notches and wormholes and the rate of damaged plants of Z3 treatment and conventional seed coating agent treatment were significantly lower than those of Z1 treatment,Z5 treatment and blank control.
