In recent years,due to the unprecedented development of China's economy,the people's requirements for quality of life have increased.Radiation air conditioners originating in Europe have gradually been accepted and applied in the Yangtze River Basin of China.Compared with traditional convection systems,radiant air conditioning systems have significantly improved both comfort and air quality.These two major improvements are mainly due to the core equipment fresh air dehumidifier.Independent fresh air plus radiant air conditioning systems can not only make living spaces greener,more comfortable,but also more energy efficient.This shows that research and development of fresh air dehumidifiers is an indispensable measure in the development of the industry.This article will study the fresh air dehumidifier based on the following four steps:Firstly,the separation heat pipe is introduced and analyzed from two aspects of working principle and heat transfer research,and the U-shaped gravity heat pipe heat exchanger is designed and calculated under certain conditions.The production of U-shaped gravity heat pipe heat exchangers was completed in the factory,and the effects of the outer diameter of the heat pipes,the fin height,the lateral spacing of the heat pipes,and the fin spacing on the performance of the U-type gravity heat pipe heat exchanger were experimentally analyzed.Secondly,the structure of the traditional fresh air dehumidifier was improved.Taking Nanjing as the representative city of hot summer and cold winter,and based on the wind volume of 400m3/h,a built-in U-shaped gravity heat pipe heat exchanger was designed.Fresh air dehumidifier with deep dehumidification function.Thirdly,using Matlab-simulink software to take U-shaped gravity heat pipe heat exchangers,compressors,condensers,evaporators,fans,electronic expansion valves and other components as the main objects of simulation,a simulation model of a heat pipe fresh air dehumidification system for radiation was established,And determined the specific process of simulation calculation.Each component model in the simulation program is modeled based on the prototype data,and the software is used to study the operating characteristics of the radiant heat pipe fresh air dehumidifier and perform a more diversified performance analysis of the unit.The overall evaluation of the unit's dehumidification performance is mainly performed by analyzing the impact on the unit performance under different operating conditions such as air volume,compressor frequency,and whether there is a heat pipe heat exchanger under summer operating conditions.Finally,based on the actual design,experimental research was conducted on the radiant heat pipe fresh air dehumidifier,and the performance of the unit when the fresh air speed,temperature,and relative humidity were changed under refrigeration conditions was tested.The comparison was made between the measured and simulated values.Verify the correctness of the simulation model.At the same time,under similar working conditions,the direct expansion fresh air dehumidifier and radiant heat pipe fresh air dehumidifier were compared for power consumption and dehumidification.The research results provided a strong Theoretical basis and practical support.
