Vigorously developing renewable energy is an effective way to solve the energy crisis.Solar power generation is an ideal renewable energy power generation technology with the most sustainable development,and solar energy is clean,safe and reliable,rich in resources,and will not be affected by the energy crisis.The key technology of Maximum Power Point Tracking(MaximumPower Point Tracking,MPPT)can effectively improve the power generation efficiency of solar photovoltaic power generation systems.This paper studies the MPPT control technology and the hardware and software design of solar electric vehicle experimental prototype vehicles.The main research contents of this article are as follows:This article first introduced the basic principles of photovoltaic cell power generation in detail,combined with the mathematical model of photovoltaic power generation in Matlab/Simulink to build a simulation model,by setting the simulation conditions in Simulink,using standard test conditions G=1000W/m~2,T=At 25?,the UI and PU output characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation system are verified when the photovoltaic power generation system is changed by external environmental factors(such as:light intensity,ambient temperature).Simulink modeling of disturbance observation method,admittance increment method and constant voltage method,combined with photovoltaic power generation simulation model,build photovoltaic power generation MPPT control simulation model,after comparing disturbance observation method,admittance increment method and constant voltage method Disadvantages,the MPPT control algorithm of the disturbance observation method was finally determined as the MPPT control algorithm of the three-wheel solar electric vehicle driven by the experimental sample car-wheel uniwheel drive selected in this study.Secondly,in this paper,the function control of the low-speed solar electric vehicle test sample designed by the experiment is determined.According to the functional realization requirements of each module,the vehicle control system uses the MC9S12XDP521controller chip,and the hardware circuit of the vehicle controller is realized through the software Altium Designer The design,and finally,the selection of the hardware module of the experimental prototype vehicle was completed,and a complete vehicle hardware system suitable for the research object of the experimental prototype was established.The experimental sample car hardware control system involved in this article includes battery system(battery subsystem,photovoltaic battery subsystem),MPPT control subsystem,and motor subsystem.Using modular and hierarchical design concepts,the vehicle controller software architecture and controller software program control design are realized.The main program of the solar MPPT control software,the AD sampling interrupt program,the PWM generation program and the short circuit protection program are designed.Finally,through a live road test of the experimental sample car,a comprehensive debugging and experiment were carried out on the hardware part of the designed drive motor control device,the hardware part and the software part of the MPPT control device,including the output characteristics of With no MPPT controller loaded,the maximum output power test of the photovoltaic system,the basic driving operation test and the speed test of the test sample car were carried out.Based on the analysis of the experimental data and simulation results,the design was further verified Reasonable,and each module can work normally to meet the design requirements.
