Research On Interactive And Experiential Landscape Design Of Community Shared Space

The rapid transformation and development of society will inevitably lead to the transformation of people’s needs for life.The landscape,which used to be an accessory of the community,has gradually become an important factor in measuring the quality and style of the community.Nowadays,simple landscape visual stimulation and assimilating landscape style can no longer meet people’s demand for community Shared space landscape.At the same time,people who are busy in the city also begin to pay more and more attention to the homing attribute that community should have.Therefore,the interactive experiential landscape in the community Shared space should serve as a social bridge between residents and maximize the role of the landscape in accordance with the development of science and technology.This research is based on the three backgrounds of the increasing demand for interactive and experiential landscape driven by social transformation,the important influence of the concept of Shared space on community construction and the existing problems in the development of community landscape.Firstly,the research sorted out the current domestic and foreign theories and practices,and concluded that there are few and shallow theoretical studies on interactive experiential landscape in domestic communities.On the contrary,driven by the market economy,the practical level goes first,with some exploration achievements,but no system has been formed.Secondly,based on the existing relevant theories,the connotation of the topic "Community sharing space interactive experiential landscape research" is elaborated and defined,and the design trend is analyzed to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Demand analysis part,through on-the-spot investigation to "community interaction experience sharing space landscape investigation questionnaire" the collected data,dimension reduction analysis by SPSS software,found that residents of community landscape behavior demands are met,geography emotion,consciousness and the diversification of four aspects: high attention,and in chengdu,chongqing and typical community for more than four aspects of further detailed investigation and analysis,combined with the method of observation to get user’s portrait,finally summed up the community share a space landscape design of the main pain points.Aiming at the pain points of the interactive experience landscape of community Shared space,three strategies were proposed to realize the multi-function and diversity of community Shared space landscape,create the perception of community Shared space landscape,and explore the regional emotion of community Shared space landscape.Through the landscape reconstruction design case of Jianghua community belonging to the old community,the practice is applied,and the feasibility of the strategy is verified by the way of design evaluation,so as to provide design reference value for the new community and the old community reconstruction.
