Research On The Design Of Homestays Based On The Regional Culture Of Yangzhou

With the gradual development of the economy,people are not satisfied with the simple functional needs of the accommodation environment,and pay more attention to the emotional needs of the accommodation environment.Therefore,homestay has become the most popular form of accommodation in today’s era.With the vigorous development of the accommodation industry,the accommodation environment is no longer an accessory of the scenic spot,but gradually reaches a complementary position.The accommodation with regional cultural characteristics can be used as a memory point and propaganda point of tourism.At the same time,there are some practical problems in the development of homestay: 1.The lack of unified management and the vague definition of the legal scope of homestay lead to the uneven service level and commercial design in the market.2.In the early stage of design,the designer did not fully investigate the surrounding environment,culture,market and so on,and often appeared the disobeying landscape and interior decoration wind which were not in line with the local environment.3.The homogenized interior and exterior design made the homestay lose its characteristics,the inheritance of regional culture,and the loss and waste of resources.In view of the above problems,this paper takes Yangzhou regional culture as the main research object,and makes a detailed induction and integration of its material form,non-material form,concept form and historical development form.In the era of foreign culture invasion,it is in an urgent stage to carry forward and retain regional culture.The regional culture will be screened and integrated,and the design symbols will be extracted and integrated into the design of the homestay.Taking accommodation environment as a bridge to promote regional culture,regional culture is not only the content that researchers want to explore,but also the value that people at home and abroad need to understand.This paper takes the new Chinese style as the design style,and has original design opinions on the concept of "new",which is reflected in the design scheme.The designand research of homestay adopts the method of adjusting measures to local conditions in terms of function setting,material application,space division,people flow line,etc.Promote the design of home stay to be inherited and diversified,bring experience different from the traditional accommodation environment to the experiencer,and also play a role in the future design and research of home stay.
