Economic benefit is an important reason to promote the development of micro grid.in order to improve the economic operation level of micro grid.analyze the economic cost impact of uncertain price-based DR on the system after participating in the economic operation optimization of micro grid.this thesis mainly conducts research from three aspects: dealing with the uncertainty of price-based DR,building a mathematical model of micro grid economic operation optimization,and solving algorithm.Firstly,the background and significance of micro grid are introduced.the research status of micro grid economic operation and DR's participating in micro grid economic optimization operation are respectively expounded.constructed a multi-source micro grid system structure,the mathematical model and working characteristics of micro-sources in micro grid are analyzed in detail.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of particle swarm optimization and differential evolutionary algorithm are analyzed.in order to improve the solving performance and increase the population diversity of the intelligent algorithm,a hybrid algorithm based on particle swarm optimization and differential evolution is proposed.introduced five benchmark functions that are often used by researchers to test optimization algorithms.the effectiveness and reliability of the hybrid algorithm are verified by comparing with the results of several relevant intelligent algorithms.Next.the price elasticity coefficient is an important factor causing the uncertainty of the price-based DR.taking the uncertainty of price elasticity coefficient as the entry point,the uncertainty mechanism based on price-based is analyzed.the load reduction is described by using fuzzy variables,and the mathematical model of uncertain price-based DR is established.Finally,the basic concepts of fuzzy chance constrained programming theory are introduced.using fuzzy opportunity constraint method to deal with the load reduction of price-based DR,the minimum economic cost and environmental treatment cost as the economic optimization objective of the system.a mathematical model foreconomic optimization of micro grid considering the uncertainty of price-based DR is established.after the fuzzy opportunity constraint conditions are equivalent.using DEPSO to solve the proposed mathematical model.taking 24 hours as an operation cycle of the micro grid system,simulations of various operating conditions of the system in grid-connected and off-grid situations.the simulation results show that:improved algorithm can effectively optimize the operating cost of the system and reasonably arrange the internal micro-source output.after DR participates in the optimization of micro grid economic operation,it can reduce the operating cost of micro grid and improve the economy of system operation.at the same time,the smaller the confidence level setting of the fuzzy chance constraint.the lower the system's ability to withstand the uncertainty of price-based DR.affected by the cost of system spare capacity,the operating cost of the system has increased.
