Energy is an important material basis for human life. With the intensification of the energy crisis, people are now paying more attention on clean solar photovoltaic power generation. Photovoltaic power generation will become an important energy resource of human society in the future with the development of photovoltaic power generation technology and the maturing of smart grid. Therefore, the economic operation optimization of photovoltaic system is becoming a hot issue.With the development of the electricity market, electricity demand side management is focused on in commercial and industrial field. Taking the resources of both supply side and demand side into consideration, electricity demand side management seeks optimized scheme based on the principle of maximum efficiency to gain the greatest social and economic benefits. As time-of-use policy is the core of electricity demand side management, the research on economic operation optimization of hybrid photovoltaic system based on time-of-use in peak shaving has important theoretical significance and application value.For the hybrid photovoltaic system based on grid-connected and off-grid, time-of-use policy was taken into consideration and a lot of research was done in modeling, model solving and optimization strategies. The main researches are as follows:Firstly, the classification and composition of photovoltaic system are introduced, the characteristics and mathematical models of the units of hybrid photovoltaic system are analyzed, the prediction method of photovoltaic output power is expounded and the prediction model based on Markov chain is established to lay a foundation for modeling of system operation optimization.Secondly, objective function and constraints of operation optimization of hybrid photovoltaic system are proposed based on chance-constrained programming and operation optimization model of photovoltaic system is established, which includes modeling of photovoltaic cell, battery, inverter and energy trade between photovoltaic system and public grid.Thirdly, stochastic simulation particle swarm optimization is applied to solve the model to propose the operation optimization strategies of photovoltaic system based on lOkW hybrid photovoltaic system of Energy Efficiency Research and Assessment Center of Shandong University. The results demonstrate that the optimization algorithm improves profits of user, realizes the "peak load shifting" of grid and provides a reference for the government to set the tariff.Finally, the operation optimization controller of hybrid photovoltaic system is designed to monitor the system as well as the practical application of optimization control strategies which includes control circuit, communication interface circuits, voltage/current detection circuit, LCD display circuit and AC contactor drive circuit.
