The telescope system needs to achieve precise control and various observation objectives required by scientific researchers.The automatic control of telescope has become a new topic in the field of control.First of all,the control system is designed,and two main methods of servo system control are proposed,analyzed,compared and selected.The hardware design of PLC includes module selection,mode selection,principle and address distribution table;the software design mainly includes architecture mode and program segment;finally,the program simulation is carried out.Secondly the mechanical structure of the control system is designed.Firstly,the key technologies and parameters of driving mode,driving mode and driving mechanism design are analyzed.In this paper,the transmission case and the transmission mechanism are simulated by combining the transmission case with the pitch support.Then the error sources of control accuracy and the main influencing factors are analyzed.The static analysis of the telescope under gravity and wind load under different working conditions is studied.Through the modal analysis,the weak points of the telescope are found,and the wind load is loaded into the telescope in the way of power spectral density to get the harmonic response analysis.Finally,the control system is verified by experiments.Firstly,the communication test,the connection between client and server and the verification of some modules are carried out.Then the pitch system is tested,focusing on the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
