Thanks to the development of architecture,the more modern floors are built,the higher the high-rise buildings can maximize the land utilization.However,when a fire occurs,fighting the fire in high-rise buildings has always been a problem.Unmanned helicopters have the characteristics of large load capacity,high maneuverability,and high safety.It is an excellent choice to use it as a fire extinguishing device carrier for fire fighting in high-rise buildings.The follow-up fire water cannon can achieve the goals of automatic tracking and positioning of the fire source and automatic fire extinguishing.Most modern fire water cannons are mainly fixed fire water cannons.The research on the follow-up fire water cannons is still in its infancy.Therefore,the follow-up fire water cannon has great research value,and it is also the development trend of the fire protection field in the future.This article relies on the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Development Plan project "Research on the key technology of intelligent heavy-duty firefighting drones".In response to the problem of firefighting in the fire fighting field of high-rise fires,we designed an unmanned helicopter as a carrier and followed the fire The water cannon is an airborne fire extinguishing device of a spray device.According to the requirements of various indicators in the project,the structural design of the unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing device was completed.With the help of finite element analysis software,the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the fire extinguishing device is completed,and the rationality of the structure of the fire extinguishing device is verified.Completed the design of the overall control system of the device.The research work completed in this paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)Clarified the research background and significance of this article,outlined the domestic and foreign research status of aviation firefighting and fire water cannon,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of different products,and put forward the best plan.(2)The actual working conditions of the unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing device are analyzed,and the whole device is divided into four parts: fire water cannon,liquid supply system,connecting mechanism and water tank,and the structure of these four parts is designed in detail.And the related parts were selected and designed.After the design of the structural part was completed,the overall quality of the device was checked to verify that its total weight was less than the maximum load capacity of the unmanned helicopter.(3)The finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the stress of the two key components of the fire extinguishing device connection mechanism,the fire platform board and the column,under static conditions,and it was verified that the strength of the fire extinguishing device meets the requirements.(4)Using the finite element analysis software,the modal analysis of the whole connection mechanism of the fire extinguishing device was carried out,and the value of the first six natural frequencies of the connection mechanism was calculated,and compared with the operating frequency of the unmanned helicopter to verify that the connection mechanism was unmanned.The impact of the helicopter's operating frequency is small and resonance does not occur.(5)According to the working characteristics of the unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing device,a complete control system is designed,so that the device can achieve the goal of automatically positioning and tracking the fire source and automatically extinguishing the fire during the fire extinguishing task.The controller of the control system is PLC of Mitsubishi FX series,supplemented by PID control,which makes the control system of the unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing device practical.The unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing device studied and designed in this paper meets the requirements of various indicators of the project.The research results of the thesis laid a foundation for the practical application of unmanned helicopter airborne fire extinguishing devices in high-rise building fire extinguishing,and at the same time provided a reference for the research and design of the same device.
