In order to meet the needs of informationization of weapon platform,shorten the preparation time of tank launching projectile,improve its battlefield rapid response capability,change the single damage mode of traditional tank ammunition and the current technical status of information setting in chamber of existing tank loading ammunition,take the technology of wireless setting in chamber before launching of sub-loading ammunition as the research object,and optimize the technology of magnetic resonance wireless information connection.The theoretical and Experimental Research on the method of chemical design and its application has been carried out.Firstly,we established the calculation models of self-inductance and mutual inductance of plane coil and spiral coil,deduced the calculation methods of self-inductance and mutual inductance of these two coils,and obtained more accurate and efficient calculation formulas.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design of subsequent coil structure.Secondly,we clarified the respective conditions for obtaining peak transmission power and peak transmission efficiency of MR wireless power transmission system,point out that load is the main factor affecting the frequency distribution of them,and proposed that matching factor is the quantitative index for optimizing the comprehensive performance of wireless transmission system.We can make the transmission power peak of the system by changing load or matching load impedance.The frequencies at the point of value and the peak of transmission efficiency were closed to each other.After optimization,the transmission power peak and efficiency peak can be obtained at the same frequency,and the transmission power peak be increased from 1.0672 W to 4.22 W,and the efficiency peak be increased from 23.78% to 40.9%.Then,by means of finite element analysis,we studied the influence of metal pipe on the parameters of transmission coil in magnetic resonance wireless interconnection system,and fitted the calculation formula for optimum design of inner coil structure of aluminium pipe and steel pipe.Finally,we designed and built a prototype of wireless transmission system in metal pipe.Based on the research results,the transmission system was optimized.The transmission system with the coil diameter of 63 mm was used in 100 mm diameter aluminum pipe,at the transmission distance of 24 mm,the transmission power and efficiency of 0.0681 W and 54.06% were obtained,and with used 65 mm coils in steel pipe at the same transmission distance and size,we obtained the transmission power 0.059 W and the transmission efficiency was 48.54%.At the same time,in the above of two metal pipes,the wireless transmission system achieves the accurate transmission and reception of information,and the transmission rate of information reaches 19.2kbps.Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that it is feasible to apply the technology of magnetic resonance coupled wireless energy transmission to the wireless setting of sub-loaded Ammunition Fuze under the large-gap in the gun barrel.
