Application And Realization Of Tracking Technology In The Production Of SMD Wheels

Under the pressure of global market competition,the competition in the automotive industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the performance requirements for auto parts,especially the hubs,are getting higher and higher,and the transformation of the wheel hub manufacturing industry is imminent.Faced with this situation,SMD is stepping up its deployment of its own information technology.This paper analyzes the production information tracking technology of the wheel hub in manufacturing and inventory,introduces the tracking method of the wheel production information in the very process,and develops the wheel production information tracking system.After completing the system requirements analysis,and complete the system's business process and overall architecture.In the manufacturing process of the wheel hub,a unique production serial number is assigned to each hub at the outer ring position by laser engraving during the casting process,and combined with SMD's visual identification technology on the coating line to identify the production number of the hub,combined with heat treatment.The characteristics of various manufacturing processes such as machining,painting and packaging,machine vision technology is used to realize the automatic identification of the wheel hub,and the process route is re-planned,and the production information tracking system is used to realize the production control and information tracking in the manufacturing process.In the process of wheel hub inventory management,in view of the characteristics of SMD's inventory management and wheel hub production,combined with the application of RFID and QR code technology in inventory management,the QR code is determined as the hub information identification carrier.Based on this,the informationization of wheel hub inventory management is realized,and the production information tracking system is combined with the production information tracking system to track the production information in the inventory management process.Finally,for the above analysis,the development and operation environment of the wheel production information tracking system is configured,the database is designed,the realization of the prototype system is completed,and the key modules are introduced.
