Generator excitation system has a significant impact on the stability of power system and has important significance.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly reflect the mathematical model and reasonable parameters of excitation equipment regulation characteristics,and provide accurate calculation data for power system stability analysis.This is the basic guarantee for establishing safe and reasonable operation mode and formulating correct safety control measures.Establishing the mathematical model of excitation system is the basis of ensuring the security and stability analysis of power system.This paper mainly uses the method of combining new technology research with field test to measure the parameters of generator excitation system and simulate calculation,and establishes the mathematical model.According to theoretical deduction and actual measurement,the excitation system is modeled by time domain simulation and verification,supplemented by frequency domain measurement and calculation.At the same time,it is emphasized that the parameters of excitation regulator should be optimized as far as possible to identify the parameters of excitation system,and the test procedures and methods should be improved.The simulation test is carried out by using BPA program.The method of measuring and modeling the model parameters of the integrated excitation system based on the mechanism analysis of the original model is adopted.The small disturbance performance test is used as a method of identifying and testing the model parameters of the excitation system.Excitation system is a relatively complex non-linear computer control system.After a lot of simulation results,the control law of non-linear excitation system can improve the transmission limit of power,and can effectively improve the transient stability of power system.A practical engineering control system is bound to be affected and disturbed by various uncertain factors.Therefore,it is necessary to simplify the excitation system into various links,to measure and identify the parameters of each link in the model,and then to sum up,merge and transform the models of each link according to the composition of the actual excitation system,so as to construct the whole excitation system.The mathematic model and the verification of the whole model characteristics are carried out to obtain accurate and credible models and parameters.The content of this paper mainly comes from the excitation control system of Huaneng Longkai Power Station.The excitation system parameters of the unit are tested and the operation data are collected online.By testing the parameters of the excitation system model,the simulation model of no-load step response is established,and the simulation results are compared with the actual no-load step response results to verify the accuracy of the parameters model of the excitation control system,which provides an accurate calculation basis for system stability analysis.At the same time,the PSS function test of excitation system verifies that the reasonable setting and operation of PSS parameters have an effect on suppressing the low frequency oscillation of the system..
