In the servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,most controllers can only achieve a certain control effect when the motor parameters are determined.In the actual operation process,there are certain fluctuations in the motor parameters.Therefore,the accurate identification of the motor parameters can not only analyze the changes of the motor characteristics,but also be conducive to the realization of high-performance control algorithm.Combined with the research status of PMSM parameter identification,the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms as well as the common problems are analyzed in this paper,and finally selects an improved PSO algorithm for parameter identification.The PMSM mathematical model of the two-phase rotation coordinates and PMSM vector control system with id=0 control mode are established.For the standard particle swarm algorithm(SPSO)optimization,the convergence speed is slow in the later period of optimization,and the particles are easy to fall into the local optimum.Aim at improving the convergence speed and search accuracy of the algorithm,the Logistic function is applied to the SPSO algorithm to determine the inertia weight value in the speed updating formula,and an adaptive inertia weight particle swarm optimization algorithm based on logistic functions formed,which is used to realize the identification of PMSM electrical and mechanical parameters.Based on MATLAB/SIMULINK,the simulation research is divided into two parts.First,the SPSO,LDWPSO,and LAWPSO algorithms were used for simulation research to realize the offline identification of the parameters of PMSM,and the optimization performance of the three algorithms is compared;then the effectiveness of the LAWPSO algorithm for PMSM parameter identification of online data acquisition is verified.Considering that the PI controller is difficult to meet the high-performance control requirements under external disturbance,the LQR controller is used in the design of the speed loop of the PMSM vector control system in this paper,and the PMSM speed control system model based on the LQR control is established.Combined with the parameter identification algorithm,the optimal feedback gain matrix K under certain conditions is found,and the LQR controller is obtained.The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective for LQR controller parameter tuning.Finally,the hardware experiment platform of PMSM speed control system based on TMS320F28335 is built in this paper,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by experiments on the hardware platform.Both simulation and experimental results show that the LAWPSO algorithm has higher accuracy and faster identification speed for parameter identification. |
