The improvement of living standards and the pursuit of comfort and beauty in daily life have intensified the rapid development of the home decoration industry.The home decoration company is especially centered on designers,so the competition in the home decoration industry is ultimately the competition of design talents.Orderly and efficient salary management can play a good incentive role.How to retain design talents and encourage designers to create more benefits for home decoration companies is also a research hotspot.In this paper,DY decoration company as a case study of the designer compensation management related issues.First of all,according to the status of compensation management in DY Company,we find that the existing problems include: the range of salary increase is small,the way is single,the salary structure is unreasonable,the promotion space is small,the lack of incentive mechanism,etc.The specific reasons are that the enterprise has not fully taken into account the individual career planning of the employees,the management does not attach enough importance to the salary system,the management is arbitrary,the management is not perfect,and the leaders lack the idea of salary management and are in several grades;thirdly,according to these problems and reasons,we should optimize and redesign the salary management,including the basic salary,the improvement of the performance commission system,the flexible working time,the perfect training system,the promotion of the business knowledge and level of the management,etc.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the new compensation management program,we should supplement with the corresponding safeguard measures,get the support of the management,and communicate with the staff to ensure that they can correctly view the optimized design;At the same time,we should improve the performance appraisal system,incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.According to the actuality of compensation management of designers in DY Company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the compensation structure,management system and management idea,and finds out the concrete reasons,on the basis of which the optimization design is carried out Compared with the current implementation,the optimized salary management plan is more reasonable and perfect,performance-based pay is more standard and evidence-based,the welfare system is guaranteed,and the designers have the corresponding promotion space It makes them feel like they belong.For the enterprise,can ensure the stability of the design team and talent training and development,but also can encourage employees to create better profits for the enterprise.All in all,this is expected to be a win-win move,not only to solve the existing design staff of DY company pay management problems,but also for other brother companies in the industry pay management optimization to bring reference and use for reference.
