Since the Inner Mongolia Branch of G establishmented,it increase the credit support for the construction of real economy,key areas and major projects,which has played an important role for boosting the economic and social development of the autonomous region.Statistics by December 31 th 2017,the loan balance of the Inner Mongolia Branch of G was 177.788 billion yuan.Among them,the business balance of corporate loans was 133.8 billion yuan,accounting for 78%,which constituted the main part of the credit business,it also was an important reflection of the overall operating results of the Inner Mongolia Branch of G.However,with the international financial environment changed deeply,the trade frictions between China and America intensified,domestic de-leverage and foam extrusion,the number of credit business customers and financing scale have contracted;at the same time,due to the impact of regional economic slowdown,a large number of non-performing loans have been concentrated;it has been under the pressure of decline in the scale and asset quality.The highway industry,as a key credit business industry for Inner Mongolia branch of G,has a good development prospect and space.The development of credit business,scale improvement and the leading position of security need to pay more attention to the highway industry.Based on the analysis of the macro-environment,industry environment,competition environment and internal environment of the credit business of Inner Mongolia Branch of G,it's found that highway industry credit business of G Bank Inner Mongolia Branch has huge development space.Although the external policy environment is more complex,the competition among industry organizations is intensified,but the infrastructure construction of Inner Mongolia is still imperfect,and the economy of Inner Mongolia still needs infrastructure to stimulate growth,there is opportunity and challenge coexist.it is determined that Inner Mongolia Branch of G will adopt the differentiation srategy in the credit business of the highway industry,and form the pluralistic growth points of income,and further clarify the strategic direction of target market differentiation,risk prevention and control differentiation and post-loan management differentiation.At the same time,the smooth implementation of the strategy can be ensured by strengthening the construction of professional lines,establishing wind control centers,executing list management and formulating regional policies.
