With the advent of the third industrial revolution,the social production structure has changed,and the medium for information acquisition and processing has changed from paper to electronic screens.As a result,people's working methods have also changed accordingly.A lot of time is staring at computer screens.In some industries,there are more than 8 hours of office hours before the computer.The popularity of electronic products has made those working on computers staring at electronic screens such as mobile phones and tablets during their leisure time.In general,office and life in front of the screen have become an unavoidable situation.In the long run,permanent damage will occur to the parts of the body that are stressed for a long time.In this study,in a sedentary situation,by investigating the target group's "office hours","office space","office status" and "health status" factors,combined with ergonomics,we found the attention of the sedentary crowd in front of the computer It is more at work than at the body,so this study concludes that the sedentary group needs to passively change the sitting posture to adjust the body,thereby further proposing an active anti-fatigue computer stand based on ergonomics.Use Python to conduct big data user evaluation surveys,pick up tens of thousands of user evaluations on the e-commerce website to guide the design direction of the bracket,combine the relationship between the ergonomics researcher,the environment,and the bracket,and finally the theory And the design is reflected in the example.Modeling in Rhino,at the same time using the three-dimensional human model to analyze the adjustment angle and height of the bracket,combined with the production and experiment of the hand model,we designed an anti-fatigue bracket that can actively change an angle at a certain time.Different screen poses can make people Passively adjust different sitting positions to fit the screen.People usually ignore the fatigue and pathological warnings often issued by the body.They can not get a rest,and often do not actively change their sitting posture to adjust the body after getting busy,and ultimately endanger their health.The "active" adjustment function of the stent can allow people to achieve a healthy "sports" office without affecting people's focus on office work,effectively avoiding the lasting compression of local spine and nerves.
