In the initial period of home appliances industry production,the sheet metal forming equipment are comprised of many sets special machines,and it need special person loading and unloading materials in the production process,therefore,every special machine equipment needs to be equipped with operation personnel.In order to guarantee human safety in production,the equipment needs to be shut down when the materials are loaded and unloaded manually,and it will also take longer time.At present,in order to satisfy society's large quantities requirements of home appliances,different home appliances manufacturers are enlarging production size and improve production efficiency.According to this kind requirement of home appliances production enterprise,we developed refrigerator U shell production line.First of all,we confirm production workmanship process according to customer's product requirements and separated whole production line into automatic feeding transmission system,punching system,turn over system,roll forming machine,Z forming and cutting section,flanging section,U type bending machine and automatic unloading manipulator.Second,in the mechanical aspect,design different mechanical structure according to sheet metal forming work of each station to ensure realization of sheet metal forming according to workmanship process and there have plate materials transmission mechanism between every two stations and shorten materials loading and unloading time.In the aspect of control system,we adopted Mitsubishi Q series PLC as control core of equipment according to mechanical constitute and Mitsubishi touch screen as operating terminal.Since this whole production line is long,we adopted CC-Link I/O module as remote I/O station,this cannot only save cost but also convenient for site wiring.The program design is divided into PLC and interface configuration,PLC adopt ladder diagram,it is not only simple and easy to understand,but also has strong logicality,and satisfy logical control requirements of this equipment.Interface configuration design servo motor parameters and recipe setup picture according to production requirements.Finally,carry out whole line testing of equipment and the result reveals it meet production requirements of customer completely,in comparison with before,this equipment cannot only save lots of manpower,the production efficiency and product quality also get great improvement,and have larger actual significances towards production pattern improvement of home appliances manufacturer.
